대학 글쓰기 수업 학습자를 위한 효율적인 자기소개서 교육 방안 연구: 오류 분석 및 적용 사례를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 논문은 글쓰기센터나 특강 등 연계 교육이 불가능한 현실에서 글쓰기 수업의 교수자가 자기소개서 작성법을 효과적으로 교육하기 위해 필요한 전략이 무엇인지를 연구하는 데서 출발한다. 대학 글쓰기 수업 내에서 이루어지는 자기소개서 교육은 1-2주라는 짧은 시간 안에 지식을 전달해야 한다는 점에서 한계를 가질 수밖에 없다. 이러한 상황에서 본 논문은 가장 효율적인 자기소개서 지도 방법을 이전 학습 자가 보편적으로 범한 오류를 미연에 방지하게 하고, 자기소개서의 장르적 특성을 명확하게 인지시켜 학습자가 전략적으로 글을 쓰도록 하는 것으로 판단했다. 이를 위해 2017-2018년 C대학에서 진행되었던 3개의 글쓰기 수업에서 수행된 총 110명의 자기소개서를 분석했다. 그 결과 학습자가 내용과 서술 그리고 형식 등에서 다양한 오류를 범한 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 분석한 자료를 토대로 3시수로 진행되는 수업에서의 자기소개서 교수·학습 지도안을 고안한 뒤, 이를 2018년 2학기에 진행된 글쓰기 수업에 적용하였다. 자기소개서 교수·학습 지도안은 이전 학습자의 자기소개서 수행 분석 자료의 결과를 반영하여 학습자가 자기소개서 작성 과정에서 범할 수있는 오류를 최소화하고 효율적이고 주체적으로 전략을 설계하도록 고안했다. 또한 수업 이후에는 학습자의 과제와 교수자의 구체적인 피드백으로 자기소개서 교육이 완성되도록 했다.

영문 초록

This paper starts from studying necessary strategies for writing class instructors to effectively teach self-introduction writing methods in a short time, as in reality, it is impossible to implement education connected to writing centers of special lectures. Self-introduction education in a university writing curriculum has limits in delivering knowledge in a brief time for one to two weeks. At this point in time, this paper considers that the most efficient self-introduction teaching method is to enable learners write strategically by preventing errors that former learners universally made, in advance and teaching genre characteristics of self-introduction clearly to them. For this study, self-introductions of a total of 110 learners in the writing class in 2017-2018 of C University were analyzed. It was found that the learners made diverse errors in the contents, descriptions, and formats. A self-introduction teaching and learning plan was devised so that learners could write a self-introduction which satisfies these purposes and characteristics and this was applied to a writing curriculum. Based on the result of former learners’ self-introduction analysis data, this self-introduction teaching and learning plan is focused on helping learners minimize errors that might occur while writing self-introductions and design strategies efficiently and independently. The instruction is then followed by a task for learners and instructor’s feedback to complete self-introduction education.
