국문 초록

본 연구는 디자인 싱킹 학습 환경에서 성찰 전략이 예비교사의 집단응집력과 협력적 학습태도에 미치는 효과를 탐색하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에 서는 부산 소재 A 대학교의 교육공학 관련 교직 과목을 수강하는 예비교사 90명을 대상으로 2018년 3∼6월 12주간 실험을 진행하였다. 또한, 디자인 싱킹 학습 환경에서 성찰전략 유형에 따른 학습자의 집단응집력과 협력적 학습태도에 유의미한 차이가 있는지 검증하기 위해, 실험 전·후로 학습자의 집단응집력 검사 및 협력적 학습태도 검사를 실시하고, 다변량공분산분석(MANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사의 집단응집력 18개 문항의 4개 하위 요인 중에서, ‘집단의 과제 관련 통합’의 경우 집단 간(개인성찰 전략을 활용한 집단과 집단성찰 전략을 활용한 집단)의 평균 사이에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비교사의 협력적 학습태도에 대한 16개 문항의 4개 하위요인 중에서 ‘보상 상호의존성에 대한 태도’의 경우 집단 간(개인성찰 전략을 활용한 집단과 집단성찰 전략을 활용한 집단)의 평균 사이에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 종합해서 볼 때, 예비교사를 위한 디자인 싱킹 기반 수업에서 집단응집력과 협력적 학습태도의 하위 변인에 기반한 맞춤형, 개별화된 다양한 학습전략의 설계, 개발 및 활용 방안이 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of reflection strategies types on pre-service teachers’ group cohesiveness and their attitude toward cooperative learning in the design thinking learning environments. For this purpose, this study conducted an experiment for 90 pre-service teachers who took the classes of Educational Technology in A university, Busan Metropolitan City for 12 weeks (March-June, 2018). In order to verify whether there is a meaningful difference between reflection strategies types in the pre-service teachers’ 1) group cohesion and 2) their attitude toward cooperative learning in the Design Thinking environments, pretests and posttests of the two variables were implemented, and multivariate analysis of variance (MANCOVA) was conducted. The main results of this study are summarized as follows: first, in case of the four sub-categories of the 18 items for the pre-service teachers’ group cohesion, there was a significant difference between the means of the two groups (one group using ‘individual reflection strategy’ and the other group using ‘group reflection strategy’) for ‘the Group Integration-Task’ among the four sub-categories of group cohesion. Second, in the case of four sub-categories of the 16 items for the pre-service teachers’ attitude toward cooperative learning, there was a significant difference between the means of the two groups for the average of ‘attitudes toward reward interdependence’ among the four sub-categories of attitude toward cooperative learning. Based on the results of this study, it is necessary to design, develop and utilize diverse customized and individualized learning strategies based on the sub-variables of group cohesion and cooperative learning attitude in Design Thinking-based instruction for pre-service teachers.
