국문 초록

본 연구는 좋은 체육수업을 위한 교사-학생의 관계 척도를 개발하고 타당성을 검증하는데 목적이 있다. K 지역에 소재하고 있는 중학생 831명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였다. 교사-학생 관계의 예비 척도는 8개의 하위요인과 총 78문항으로 구성하였다. 예비조사를 위해 469명을 대상으로 예비척도에 대한 기술통계 분석, 신뢰도 분석과 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하여 5요인 33문항을 추출하였다. 본 조사를 위해 362명을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다. 대체적으로 최종 문항의 신뢰도는 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 최종 척도의 요인구조의 적합성을 알아보기 위해 확인적 요인분석을 실시한 결과 교사-학생의 관계 모형은 전반적으로 적합성 기준을 충족시키는 것으로 나타났다. 최종적으로 3요인 19문항이 추출되었다. 타당도 검증을 위해 수렴 타당도, 변별 타당도, 집단차이 비교 분석을 실시하였다. 교사-학생의 관계 척도는 수렴 타당도와 변별 타당도가 양호한 것으로 나타났다. 외적 타당성을 검증하기 위해 집단차이 비교 검증을 실시한 결과 교사 집단에 따라 개발된 척도의 3개 하위요인에서 모두 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구에서 개발된 교사-학생의 관계 척도는 교사와 학생의 관계의 질과 수업의 질을 향상시키는데 도움이 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a teacher-student relationship scale to improve physical education classes and demonstrate the validity of the scale. Data was collected on 831 middle school students residing in region K. The preliminary scale for teacher-student relationships included 8 sub-factors and 78 question items. In the preliminary study, descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and exploratory factor analysis were performed with data on 469 respondents. As a result, 5 factors and 33 question items were extracted. In the main study, we conducted exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, and confirmatory factor analysis with data on 362 respondents. Overall, the finalized items were found to be reliable. The outcome of the confirmatory factor analysis, which was conducted in order to review the adequacy of the factor structure of the finalized scale showed that, overall, the model for teacher-student relationships satisfied the goodness of fit criteria. In the finalized scale, 3 factors and 19 question items were extracted. As part of the validity analysis, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and between-group means were analyzed. The teacher-student relationship scale was found to perform well in terms of convergent validity and discriminant validity. The comparison of between-group means, which was conducted to establish external validity, revealed significant differences in all three factors of the relationship scale developed in the study across different teacher groups. The teacher-student relationship scale developed in this study will contribute to improving teacher-student relationships as well as the quality of the classes.
