여학생들의 적극적인 체육수업을 위한 참여요인 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 체육수업에 적극적으로 참여하는 여학생들의 공통적인 요인을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 연구목적 달성을 위해 경남 소재의 S초등학교 5, 6학년 각 2명, S중학교 2, 3학년 각 2명, J고등학교 2학년 4명, 총 12명의 연구참여자를 선정하였다. 자료수집은 2017학년도 1, 2학기를 거쳐 심층면담, 설문지, 참여관찰과 수업결과물인 수업소감문의 방법을 통해 이루어졌다. 자료분석은 귀납적 범주 분석 방법과 다각도 검증법에 의해 자료의 진실성을 확보하였다. 이에 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 수업내용이다. 여학생들은 즐겁고 의미 있는 수업과 안전한 종목 또는 안전한 수업환경의 종목일 때 체육수업에 적극적으로 참여하였다. 둘째, 체육교사의 자질이다. 수업을 운영하는 체육교사의 성향과 가치관, 그리고 교사의 전문성에 따라 체육수업에 참여하는 태도가 좌우됨을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 요인을 고려하여 여학생들이 체육수업에서 무엇을 기대하고 있는가를 알고 대처한다면 모든 학생들이 적극적으로 참여하는 좋은 체육수업이 이루어질 것으로 보여진다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the common factors of female students actively participating in PE class. In order to accomplish the research purpose, we selected 12 researchers, 2 in each of 5th and 6th grades in S elementary school in Gyeongnam, 2 in each of 2nd and 3rd grades in S middle school, and 4 in 2nd grade in J high school. Data collection was conducted through the first and second semesters of the 2017 academic year, through in - depth interviews, questionnaires, participation observation, class results. The data were analyzed by inductive category analysis method and triangulation. The following results were obtained. First, the contents of the lesson. Female students were actively involved in physical education classes when they were entertaining, meaningful classes, safe sports, or safe classroom environments. Second, the qualities of physical education teachers. Physical education teachers tendency and values, And the attitude of participating in physical education class depends on the professionalism of the teacher. Considering these factors, it is expected that a good physical education class, in which all students actively participate, will be attained if they are aware of what they expect from the physical education class.
