예비초등특수교사의 임용시험 준비과정 경험에 대한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 예비초등특수교사 10명과 면담을 통해 임용시험 경험에 대하여 살펴봄으로써 초등특수교사 임용시험 운영체제의 기초적인 토대를 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이에 2018년 2월 1일부터 4월 16일에 걸쳐 면담 28회, 전화상담 혹은 e-mail 14 회를 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 연구참여자는 부산․경남 충남 경기 전남 서울 등에 임용시험 3회 이상의 경험이 있는 예비초등특수교사로 선정하였다. 면담자료는 질적 연구 방법인 연속적 비교분석법으로 분석하였고, 타당도와 신뢰도를 위해 삼각측정법과 코딩자간 신뢰도, 참여자 확인 기법을 사용하였다. 그 결과 3개의 대주제, 8개의 상위 주제, 16개의 하위 주제가 도출되었다. 이에 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대부분의 예비초등특수교사는 대학의 수업과 교육과정은 임용시험 문제에 대해 많은 괴리를 느꼈고, 신체적 심리적, 시간적 경제적인 어려움을 호소하였다. 둘째, 예비초등특수교사 전문성 배제, 예비초등교사의 90% 이상 사교육에 의지, 임용시험 준비과정은 행정당국의 무책임으로 힘들어하였다. 셋째, 임용시험 제도 문제는 시험범위가 너무 방대하며, 암기식의 시험제도 문제가 개선되기를 바랐다. 따라서 이러한 결과는 합리적인 교원 수급 정책 및 그 대안이 모색됨으로써 예비초등특수교사들이 초등특수교사가 되기 위해 임용시험을 준비함에 있어 보다 합리적이고 긍정적으로 접근할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide a basic foundation of the operating system for the Recruitment Examination through interviews with 10 of Pre-service Elementary Special Education Teachers. Therefore, data were collected from February 1th, 2018 to April 16th, 2018 through 28 interviews, telephone counseling or e-mails 16 times. The Participants were selected as preliminary elementary school specialists with more than three proficiency tests in Busan, Kyungnam, Chungnam, Kyonggi, Jeonnam, and Seoul. The interview data were analyzed by the continuous comparative analysis method. For validity and reliability, we used triangulation method, inter-coder reliability, and participant identification technique. As a result, three main subjects, eight top topics, and sixteen sub topics were derived. The results of this study are as follows. First, most of the preliminary elementary specialties in college classes and curriculum faced many difficulties in the examination, and they complained physically, psychologically, temporally and economically. Second, exclusion of specialization of pre-primary special education teachers, more than 90% of pre-service elementary teachers are dependent on private education, and preparatory exam preparation process is difficult due to irresponsibility of administrative authorities. Third, the problem of appointment test system problem of memorization type is desired to be improved. Therefore, it is expected that this result will be more rational and positive approach in preparing preliminary elementary special education teachers to become elementary special education teachers by seeking a reasonable teacher supply policy and its alternatives.
