청소년의 진로발달과 진로상담에 관한 연구동향:국내 주요 상담 학술지를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 진로발달 및 진로상담의 연구 동향을 분석하였다. 2007년부터 2017년까지 진로교육학회의 ‘진로교육연구’, 한국청소년학회의 ‘청소년학연구’, 한국 상담학회의 ‘상담학연구’, 한국상담심리학회의 ‘상담 및 심리치료’로 그 범주를 정하였다. 분석 기준은 청소년 진로발달 및 진로상담에 관련된 논문 177편으로서 연구주제별, 연구시기별, 성별, 대상별, 연구방법, 분석방법, 측정도구별로 분석하였다. 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 2007년부터 2017년까지 10년간 지속적으로 청소년 진로발달 및 진로상담 연구가 진행되어진 것으로 드러났으며 연령은 중학생과 고등학생 모두를 대상으로 하는 연구의 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 양적연구가 가장 많았고 그다음은 질적연구, 혼합연구 순이다. 변량분석, 회귀분석, 구조방정식, 경로분석, 요인분석, 질적분석, 메타분석 등의 통계방법이 자주 사용되었다. 셋재, 연구 주제로는 진로변인이 가장 많이 연구되었고 그 다음으로는 학업 및 교육, 애착 및 부모지지, 성격 및 정서 등의 변인 순이다. 진로변인 중에서는 진로성숙도, 진로준비행동, 진로 결정자기효능감, 진로정체감, 진로태도 및 신념 등의 요인이 자주 연구되었다. 그다믐으로는 자기정체성, 학업성취도, 부모의 진로관여행동 등의 요인이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 청소년의 진로에 대한 연구가 어떻게 진행되어 왔는지 과정을 살펴보고 있으며 이를 바탕으로 향후 나아가야 할 청소년의 진로지도 현장에 그 방향성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined the research trends of career development and career counseling for Youth from 2007 to 2017. The selected journal, Korean Journal of Counseling, Korean Journal of Counselig and Psychotherapy, Career Education Studies, Korean Journal of Youth Studies. The analysis criteria and 177 journals on career development and career counseling for teenagers and analyzed by statistical analysis method, psychologial test. As a result of the study, from 2007 to 2017, it has been shown that the career development counseling of youth career development has been continued for 10 years. There was no significant difference in the analysis of gender differences. In the analysis by age, it was found that middle school students and high school students were studied at similar level. As a result of research methods and statistical methods, quantitative research qualitative research and mixed research order were found in research method. The statistical method analysis used the analysis of variance, regression, structural equation, path analysis, factor analysis, qualitative analysis, and meta analysis. In the analysis of career variables, career maturity career preparation behavior, career decision self-efficacy, career identity, career attitude and career belief. Other factors were academic and educational attachment, parent support, and emotional variables. As a sub-factor, research on academic achievement self-identity, parental involvement. The purpose of this study is to examine the direction of the research on the career of the youth, based on the results of this study, we presented the direction of the career guidance field and its research.
