국문 초록

본 논의는 2015 교육과정의 문법 교육에 적지 않은 변화가 있음에 주목하여 그것의 일부인 국어사 교육의 변화 방향을 가늠할 목적으로 출발하여 ‘실용성’과 ‘국어사(史)에 대한 재인식’을 개선의 축으로 설정하였다. 이러한 논지 전개를 위하여 먼저 2012 교육과정과 2015 교육과정의 국어교육과 문법교육 목표를 비교하는 한편으로 두 교육과정의 국어사 교육의 변화를 파악하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 실용성은 2015 교육과정의 핵심어로 간주되는 ‘과목(영역) 간 통합(융합)’에서 확보하 였다. 모든 국어 교과서에서 ‘훈민정음 언해본’을 자료로 제시한 점을 충분히 활용하여 창제 동기를 국어학적 관점만이 아닌 사회ㆍ역사적 관점에서 해석해 보게 할 의도로 ‘사회, 역사’과와 융합ㆍ연계하려는 방안이다. 국어사의 ‘사(史)’에 대한 재인식은 2015 교육과정에서 두드러진 국어사에 대한 태도 변화를 수용하는 차원에서 마련한 방안으로 과거 모든 시대의 언어를 학습하기보다 특정 시기의 국어와 현대 국어를 비교하여 학습자 자신의 언어를 이해하는 데 도움을 주려는 취지이다.

영문 초록

It has been widely accepted that there has been a variety of changes in grammar education of 2015 National Curriculum. The current study, therefore, aims to predict the direction of Korean Language History education and concludes that practicality and new understanding of Korean Language History can be the baseline for the improvement. To this end, the aims of Korean language education and grammar education are firstly compared, and then based on the analysis it is concluded as follows. First, this study attempts to establish practicality from ‘cross-curricular integration(convergence),’ which is considered as an integral part of 2015 National Curriculum. It should be noted that every Korean Language textbook presents Korean annotation of Hunminjeongeum as reference. This can be approached not only from a linguistic perspective but also social and historical perspectives, and it is possible to be integrated with social science and science subject. Additionally, ‘History’ can be understood from the new perspective of 2015 National Curriculum, and this study attempts to help learners understand their language by comparing contemporary Korean language with a language from a certain period of time, rather than learning languages of all ages.
