어린이집교사의 정신건강, 직무만족도 및 행복감이 영유아 권리존중에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 어린이집교사의 영유아 권리존중과 정신건강, 직무만족도, 행복감 변인 간에 어떠한 관계가 있으며, 그 영향력은 어떠한지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 서울․경기도의 어린이집교사 213명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 20.0에 의해 분석되었으며 구인타당도, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석을 통해 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 상관계수, 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 영유아 권리존중의 수준이 가장 높고 행복감 수준이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 교사의 정신건강은 직무만족도, 행복감, 영유아 권리존중과 유의한 부적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 교사의 직 무만족도와 행복감, 직무만족도와 영유아 권리존중, 행복감과 영유아 권리존중은 모두 유의한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 교사의 정신건강과 직무만족도는 영유아 권리존중에 영향력을 미치는 요인으로 파악되었으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study aim to inquire into not only the correlation between right respect of infants and factors of mental health, job satisfaction and happiness of teachers, but also its influence on the factors. For the purpose of that, a survey questionnaire was conducted oriented to 213 teachers of Child Daycare Centers located in Seoul and Gyeonggi Province. Data analysis was based on SPSS 20.0. Also, the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, coefficient and multiple regression analysis were carried out through construct validity, factor analysis and reliability analysis. The findings of research are as follows: First, the rate of right respect registered the highest, while the rate of feeling of happiness ranked the lowest. Second, mental health of the teachers has significant negative correlation with job satisfaction, a feeling of happiness and right respect of infants. On the other hand, there is significant positive correlation between job satisfaction and a feeling of happiness of teachers, between job satisfaction of teachers and right respect of infants, finally, between a feeling of happiness of teachers and right respect of infants. Third, it was confirmed that mental health and job satisfaction of teachers are the factors that influence right respect of infants. This fact appears to be statistically significant.
