2급 예비보육교사의 아동인권존중 양성과정 방향성 모색

국문 초록

본 논문은 대학 및 대학교의 예비 보육교사가 아동인권존중에 대한 교과내용을 어느 정도 학습하는지 알아보고 이를 토대로 예비 보육교사가 아동인권존중 직무능력을 갖추기 위한 방향성을 모색해보았다. 대학 및 대학교의 보육교사 양성과정 교과목 중에서 아동인권존중에 대한 내용을 교과내용으로 다룬 ‘아동복지론’과 ‘보육교사론’ 교과목의 내용을 중심으로 분석하였다. 이를 위해 2009년 2월에 보육교사 자격취득을 신청한 예비보육교사들을 대상으로 그들의 각 학과에서 운영하는 교과목 목록과 각 교과목의 강의계획서를 요청하였고, 177개 ‘아동복지론’ 강의계획서와 27개 학과의 ‘보육교사론(유아교사론 포함)’ 강의계획서가 수집되었다. 각 학과에서 다룬 ‘아동복지론’과 ‘보육교사론(유아교사론 포함)’의 학습 내용과 표준교과 개요에서 제시한 각 교과목의 교육내용과의 일치 정도를 알아보았다. 첫째, 177개 학과 ‘아동복지론’ 강의계획서는 아동인권존중에 대한 11개 소주제 내용과 80% 이상 일치하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 27개 학과 ‘보육교사론(유아교사론 포함)’ 강의계획서는 아동인권존중에 대한 10개 소주제 내용 중 보육교사의 역할과 윤리 및 의무에 대한 내용은 90% 이상 일치하였으나 보육 현장에서 아동인권존중의 실제와 관련된 내용은 일치도가 낮았다.

영문 초록

This study examines the extent to which preliminary child care teachers learn about children’s rightseducation from college or university. Based on the information, this pare suggests the ways to equip preliminary child care teachers with ability to respect children’s rights. This paper mainly analyzed the curriculum of ‘Child Welfare’ and ‘Child Care Teachers Education’ since both of them include children’s rights education. First, the researcher requested the syllabi of subjects and lists of curriculum run by departments from which the preliminary child care teachers who applied to February 2009 license were educated. Second, this paper examined the comparability between educational standard suggested by Standard Curriculum and curriculum of ‘Child Welfare’ and ‘Child Care Teachers Education’ taught by each department. The result of this study were as follows: The syllabi of ‘Child Welfare’ of 177 departments coincided with 11 topics on children’s rights education, showing more than 80% of comparability. Also, the syllabi of ‘Child Care Teachers Educations; taught by 27 departments showed more than 90% of agreement with topics on the role, morals and duty of child care teachers among 10 topics: meanwhile, they exhibited lower agreement rate regarding contents on practice of children’s rights protection in the field.
