보육교사의 자기효능감이 역할수행에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 자기효능감이 역할수행에 미치는 영향을 살펴보아 보육교사의 자기효능감 향상 및 역할수행을 지원해 줄 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 166명의 보육교사를 대상으로 교사관련변인과 자기효능감, 역할수행과의 관계를 분석하였다. 자료분석은 사후검증, 피어슨 상관관계, 다중회귀분석, 내적합치도와 요인분석이 실시되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 보육교사의 교사관련변인(연령, 학력, 경력, 급여, 근무기관유형, 담당학급)에 따라 자기효능감과 역할수행에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 보육교사의 역할수행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 급여와 자기효능감이었다. 이와 같은 연구 결과를 바탕으로 보육교사의 급여, 자기효능감, 역할수행에 대처하기 위한 함의를 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study examined how self-efficacy influences the role performance and seeks a plan to support self-efficacy and role performance of child-care teachers. For that, the relations among related variables of child-care teachers, self-efficacy, and role performance were analysed targeting 166 child care teachers who work in child care center. Data analysis was conducted by F-test, Duncan, Pearson's spatial correlation, multiple regression, Internal consistency(Cronbach's α), and factor analysis. The results of analysis were summarized as follows; First, there were significant differences among the factors including self-efficacy and role performance depending on related variables of child-care teachers(age, level of education, career, pay, type of institution, class). Second, role performance was influenced on pay and self-efficacy. Based on the results, implication for dealing with child-care teacher’s pay, self-efficacy and role performance were discussed.
