자원봉사 참여동기와 역할갈등이 참여만족과 지속성에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 2014 오송국제바이오산업엑스포에 참여한 자원봉사자를 중심으로 자원봉사자들의 참여동기와 역할갈등이 참여만족과 나아가 지속성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 규명하여 향후 개최예정인 크고 작은 이벤트의 성공을 위한 초석을 다지고자 수행되었다. 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 2014년 9월 26일부터 10월 12일까지의 행사기간 중 행사시작 1주일이 지난 후 오송 국제바이오 산업엑스포에 실제 자원봉사자로 참여한 220명을 대상을 설문조사를 실시하여 모두 회수하였으나 불성실한 응답을 보인 설문지 21부를 제외한 199부를 본 연구의 분석에 사용하였다. 수집된 자료의 통계적 처리는 데이터 코딩(Data Coding)과정을 거쳐, SPSS 20.0 for Windows와 AMOS 20.0 통계패키지 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상관분석, 구조방정식 모형분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 자원봉사 참여동기(개인성장 요인과 이타심 요인)는 참여만족에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역할갈등은 참여만족과 지속성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 참여만족은 지속성에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The current study investigated the effect of participating motivation and role conflict on volunteer service participants" satisfaction and participation continuity, by studying volunteers in 2014 Osong International Bio Industry Expo. The goal was to provide a foundation for various events that are scheduled to be held in the future. In order to achieve the objectives of the current study, 220 volunteers in Osong Internatinoal Bio Industry Expo were surveyed 1 week after the event began, from September 26 to October 12, 2014. All questionnare sheets were returned, but 21 sheets with unsatisfactory answers were excluded, making the total number of questionnare sheets received down to 199. These were used for analysis in the current study. Collected data were statistically analyzed using the package programs of SPSS20.0 for Windows and AMOS20.0, after the process of data coding. Frequency analysis, confidence analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model(SEM) analysis were performed. The results are as follows: First, participation motivation in volunteer service (personal growth and altruism) was found to have a significant impact on participation satisfaction. Second, role conflict had a significant influence on participation satisfaction and participation continuity. Third, participation satisfaction had a significant influence on participation continuity.
