국문 초록

본 연구에서는 교육적 성취의 기회를 제공하고자 항공서비스학전공 대학생이 인식한 현장학습 프로그램 속성이 학습만족, 학업적 자기효능감, 학업지속의도에 미치는 영향관계를 확인하고자 하였다. 분석을 위해 현장학습 프로그램을 경험한 항공서비스전공 대학생을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 250부를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 항공서비스전공 대학생이 인식한 현장학습속성의 하위요인인 즐거움, 교육성과는 학습만족에 긍정적인 영향관계를 나타냈다. 그러나 동반만족과 이탈감의 요인은 학습만족에 유의한 영향관계를 확인하지 못하였다. 둘째, 학습만족은 학업적 자기효능감에 긍정적인 영향을 나타냈다. 셋째, 학업적 자기효능감은 학업지속의도에 긍정적인 영향을 나타내는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 효율적인 현장학습 프로그램 운영 방안을 마련하기 위한 근거자료가 되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

In this study, I aim to examine the relationship between the attributes of field experience learning perceived by college students majoring in aviation service and their learning satisfaction, academic self-efficacy, and academic persistence, in order to provide opportunities for educational achievement. As a result of the analysis, first, the sub-factors of field experience learning perceived by college students majoring in aviation service, enjoyment and educational value, show a positive relationship with learning satisfaction except for he factors of satisfaction with companionship and escapist experience. Second, learning satisfaction shows a positive effect on academic self-efficacy. Third, academic self-efficacy has a positive effect on iacademic persistence of. It is expected that these research results will serve as basic data for establishing an efficient field learning program operation plan.
