요양보호사의 직업소명의식이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향 : 관계성의 매개효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 노인장기요양서비스에서 중추적인 역할을 담당하고 있는 요양보호사의 직업소명의식이 자기효능감에 미치는 영향에 관계성의 매개효과를 확인하고자 한다. 이를 위해 J지역 노인요양원에서 근무하는 요양보호사에게 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료 중 223명의 응답 자료를 구조방정식 모형에 투입하여 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 요양보호사의 직업소명의식은 관계성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 요양보호사의 직업소명의식은 자기효능감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계성은 자기효능감에 직접적으로 영향을 미치고 있을 뿐만 아니라 직업소명의식과 자기효능감 사이에서 매개효과를 보이는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 노인요양시설 요양보호사의 자기효능감과 관계성 향상을 위해 동기부여를 위한 승진체계 도입, 동료와 소통하고 어르신들에게는 개별화된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 시간적 물리적 지원이 필요함을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to verify whether relationship mediates the effect of the sense of professional calling of careworker, who play a central role in long-term elderly care services, on self-efficacy. To achieve this, a survey was conducted on 223 careworker working at elderly care facilities in Region J, and the collected data were analyzed using a structural equation model. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, the sense of professional calling of careworker was found to have a positive effect on relationship. Second, the sense of professional calling also positively affected self-efficacy. Third, relationship mediated the relationship between the sense of professional calling and self-efficacy, indicating that the sense of professional calling not only directly influences self-efficacy but also enhances this effect through the mediating role of relationship. Based on these results, it is suggested that in order to improve the self-efficacy and relationships of careworker in elderly care facilities, it is necessary to introduce a promotion system for motivation, facilitate effective communication with colleagues, and provide time and physical support to offer individualized services to the elderly.
