자동차전용도로 유지 및 해제에 대한 이용자 의사결정 영향연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 교통시설에 대한 상세정보 제공 유무에 따라 이용자 의사결정에 어떠한 변화를 주는지에 대한 기초연구이다. 자동차전용도로 현행유지 그룹과 해제 그룹 등 이용자 설문 과정에서 외부로부터의 영향 변화를 고찰하기 위해 2회에 걸쳐 조사가 실시되었다. 첫 번째 조사에서는 자동차전용도로에 대한 기본정보만 제공한 후에 현행유지나 해제 여부를 묻고, 두 번째 조사에서는 자동차전용도로에 대한 상세정보를 추가로 제공한 후에 의견변화 여부를 물었다. 상세정보에는 각 그룹에서 주장하는 자동차전용도로 현행유지 및 해제 시의 장단점 등이 포함되어 이를 통해 그룹 상호간의 이해를 높이고자 하였다. 결론적으로 2회에 걸쳐 이용자의 의견을 조사한 결과는 다음과 같이 정리될 수 있다. 창원터널 이용자 다수가 자동차전용도로의 유지를 원하며 그 이유는 교통안전에 대한 우려가 가장 크게 나타났다. 한편 교통정체나 사고정보 등 교통소통 정보와 같이 실시간으로 제공되면서 이용자의 의사결정에 직접적으로 영향을 주는 입체적인 정보와 달리 창원터널 자동차전용도로의 장단점에 대한 정보는 상대적으로 평면적인 정보이면서 이용자의 의사결정에 직접적으로 큰 영향을 주지 못한다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

This study is a basic study on how user decision-making changes depending on whether detailed information on transportation facilities is provided or not. Two surveys were conducted to examine changes in influence from outside in the process of user questionnaires such as the keeping group and the clearing group of exclusive use for automobiles. In the first survey, only basic information on the exclusive road for automobiles was provided, and then asked whether to maintain or cancel the current, and in the second survey, after additional detailed information on the exclusive road for automobiles was provided, and then asked if there was any change in opinion. The detailed information includes the strengths and weaknesses of keeping or clearing the current exclusive road for automobiles claimed by each group, and it was intended to enhance mutual understanding among the groups. In conclusion, the results of two surveys of user opinions can be summarized as follows. Most of the Changwon-Tunnel users want to keep the exclusive road for automobiles, and the reason for this is the greatest concern about traffic safety. On the other hand, unlike three-dimensional information that is provided in real time, such as traffic information of congestion or accident, which directly affects the user decision-making, the information on the advantages and disadvantages of the exclusive road for automobiles of Changwon-Tunnel is relatively two-dimensional information and it was confirmed that it did not directly influence the user decision-making.
