회복마취간호사의 자율성과 역할갈등이 전문직 자아개념에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 회복마취간호사의 자율성, 역할갈등, 전문직 자아개념을 파악하고 전문직 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 실시하였다. 전국의 회복마취 관련 부서에 6개월 이상 근무한 간호사 121명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 대상자의 자율성은 5점 만점에 3.71±.57점, 역할갈등은 5점 만점에 3.75±.65점, 전문직 자아개념은 8점 만점에 5.59±1.15점이었다. 전문직 자아개념은 회복마취간호사의 연령(F=5.60, p=.005), 총 경력(F=2.89, p=.039), 직위(F=3.90, p=.023), 결혼 여부(F=3.20, p=.003), 간호직 만족도(F=-2.91, p=.009), 업무의 전문성 여부(F=2.86, p=.005), 차별화된 업무수행 여부(F=2.29, p=.024)에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 회복마취간호사의 전문직 자아개념은 자율성(r=.608, p<.001), 역할갈등(r=.288, p=.005)과 양의 상관관계로 나타났다. 회복마취간호사의 전문직 자아개념에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자율성(β=.607, p<.001), 결혼여부에서 기혼(β=.267, p<.001) 순이었으며, 이들 변수의 설명력은 44.0%이었다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 회복마취간호사의 전문직 자아개념의 향상을 위해 자율성을 높이고 역할갈등을 줄일 수 있는 회복마취 전문교육프로그램을 개발하고, 지속적인 교육으로 간호사들이 근거를 가지고 간호실무를 제공할 수 있도록 체계적인 교육프로그램이 요구된다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted to identify the autonomy, role conflict, and professional self-concept of perianesthesia nurses, and to identify the factors influencing the professional self-concept. The survey was performed on 121 nurses who worked in departments related to perianesthesia nationwide for more than 6 months. The subject s autonomy was 3.71±.57 (5 Likert), role conflict was 3.75±.65 (5 Likert), and the professional self-conflict was 5.59±1.15 (8 Likert). Professional self-concept is age (F=5.60, p=.005), total career (F=2.89, p=.039), position (F=3.90, p=.023), marital status (F=3.20, p=.003), nursing job satisfaction (F=-2.91, p=.009), job expertise (F=2.86, p=.005), differentiated job performance (F=2.29, p=. 024) showed a statistically significant difference. The professional self-concept of perianesthesia nurses was positively correlated with autonomy (r=.608, p<.001) and role conflict (r=.288, p=.005). The factors influencing the professional self-concept of perianesthesia nurses were autonomy (β=.607, p<.001), in the order of marital status to married (β=.267, p<.001), and the explanatory power of these variables was 44.0%. Based on the results of this study, the professional self-concept of perianesthesia nurses is required to develop a specialized educational program for perianesthesia for increasing autonomy and reducing role conflicts, and a systematic educational program so that nurses can provide nursing practice with an evidence through continuous education.
