다중로짓모형을 이용하여 대졸취업에 관련성을 갖는 변인분석

국문 초록

최근 우리나라는 사회 경제적인 영향으로 대학 졸업자들의 취업률이 대학의 중요한 이슈로 등장하고 있다. 이러한 사회적 분위기라도 반영하듯 대부분의 대학 평가기관에서도 대졸자들의 취업률을 대학 평가의 중요한 지표로 사용하고 있으며 이는 대학 정보 공시정보에 공시되어 대학 지원자들의 대학 선택에도 적잖은 영향을 미칠 것으로 예상되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 대학에서 획득 가능한 지표들과 로지스틱 회귀모형을 이용하여 대학 졸업자들의 취업에 영향을 줄 것으로 예상되는 변인들과 취업률간의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 지방의 중급 규모인 A대학교의 2009, 2010년도 졸업자들의 자료를 활용하였다. 2009년도 자료는 개별조사를 통하여 얻어진 자료이며 2010년도 자료는 건강보험공단 데이터베이스와 연계하여 얻어진 자료이다. 분석결과 졸업 연도에 관계없이 전공계열, 성별, 일반휴학기간 등은 취업률에 높은 설명력이 있는 것으로 나타났으나 군휴학여부, 출신고교형태, 입학전형 형태 등은 졸업년도에 따라 통계적 유의성에 차이가 있었다. 성별 효과는 정규직은 남학생이 높은 반면에 비정규직에서는 성별 간 차이가 없거나 남학생이 오히려 낮은 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 일반휴학기간은 졸업연도에 상관없이 기간이 길어질수록 취업률에 부의 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 고교출신지역은 취업률에 유의한 설명력이 없는 것으로 분석되었다.

영문 초록

Recently, the employment rate of college graduates has emerged an important issue and a social problem in our country. Reflecting these social atmosphere, the employment rate of university graduates is used as an important indicator of the university assessment by agencies to assess the university. The results are expected to play an important role in the college selection of college applicants. This article has explored the influential factors on the employment outcomes of a local university graduates. Regardless of the year of graduation, there were significant differences among majors as well as leave of absence period in the employment rate as a result of analysis. The longer the leave of absence period, the lower the employment rate. Also, the employment rate and gender were found to be closely correlated. The employment rate of male students was higher than female students in permanent job. The effects of military leave of absence, former high school type and admission type on the employment rate varied depending on the year of graduation, we used the data of a middle-scale private university graduates which they graduated in 2009 and 2010. The data of the year 2009 were obtained through the individual survey and 2010 employment data, the data are registered in the database of the National Health Insurance Corporation.
