국문 초록

본 연구는 안면마비 완화교육이 안면마비상태 및 스트레스에 미치는 효과를 확인 하고자 실시한 유사 실험 연구로 비동등성 대조군 전후설계(nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design)이다. 자료수집 기간은 2008년 7월 20일부터 2009년 2월 20일까지 부산광역시 D의료원 양한방협진센터에서 치료를 받은 20세 이상 환자로 실험군 55명, 대조군 45명으로 선정되었다. 안면마비 완화교육의 효과를 확인하기 위해 소책자를 직접 개발하여 실험군에게 교육을 2차에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 교육 후 안면마비상태 및 스트레스를 측정하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 14.0을 이용하여 기술적 통계 및 repeated measures ANOVA로 분석하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 안면마비 완화교육을 받은 실험군은 교육을 받지 않은 대조군 보다 안면마비상태 및 스트레스점수가 낮았다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of Bell’s palsy teaching program on facial paralysis status and stress of Bell’s palsy patients. This study was designed Nonequivalent control group pretest-posttest design. The data were collected from Jul. 20, 2008 to Feb. 20, 2009 at the D hospital in Busan city. The subjects were divided two groups who 20 years old, one was the experimental group of 55 patients and the other was the control group of 45 patients. For the identification effect of Bell’s palsy teaching program, We made handbook and instructed two times to the experimental group. Collected data were analyzed as Chi-Square test, t-test, Fisher’s exact test, repeated measures ANOVA using SPSS 14.0 Win program. The results of this study that There was a significant decrease of facial palsy status and stress after providing Bell’s palsy teaching program.
