국문 초록

본 연구에서는 긍정심리 기반 뷰티교육 프로그램을 여성 이민자들에게 적용함으로써 뷰티교육 프로그램이 미치는 영향을 검증하였다. 이에 본 연구자는 여성 이민자들의 긍정심리 및 적응유연성 향상을 바탕으로 여성 이민자들의 행복증진을 돕고자 하였다. 연구의 방법은 이론적 배경을 통하여 긍정심리학에서 논하는 긍정심리 기반의 프로그램 특성을 파악하였으며 이를 뷰티교육 프로그램과 융합하여 여성 이민자들을 대상으로 도출된 프로그램을 운영하였다. 프로그램 운영은 경기도 ‘P’시의 외국인 여성 이민자들을 대상으로 1회기 90분의 총 6회 운영하였으며 프로그램 사전·사후에 따른 긍정심리 및 적응유연성 변화를 검증하였다. 연구결과, 여성 이민자들의 긍정심리 사후점수는 사전점수보다 향상되었으며 적응유연성 역시 사전점수보다 높은 사후점수가 도출되었다. 이는 여성 이민자들의 한국사회 자립을 위한 심리·정서적 안정과 현실문제에 따른 적응 및 대처능력 향상으로의 기초적 토대를 마련함에 의의가 있으며 향후 사회·문화적 차이를 아우르는 뷰티영역으로의 융합 프로그램 도출을 위한 기초자료로의 활용을 기대한다.

영문 초록

This study examined the effect of beauty education programs on female immigrants. Therefore, based on positive psychology and improved adaptability of female immigrants, the researcher tried to help promote the well-being of female immigrants. The study method understood the characteristics of the positive psychology-based programs discussed by positive psychology theories and integrated them with beauty education programs for female immigrants. The participants of this program were foreign female immigrants in ‘P’, Gyeonggi Province. The program was run six times for 90minutes, each class, to verify the positive psychology and flexibility of the program. According to the study, the positive post-point of the female immigrant is better than the dictionary, and the adaptive flexibility is higher than the dictionary. It is significant to establish a basic foundation for women immigrants to achieve self-reliance in Korean society, improve their ability to adapt to real problems, and be able to respond to these issues. It is expected to be used as a basic resource to lead a convergence program regarding beauty that combines social and cultural differences.
