미용사 직업훈련이 사회취약계층의 취업 직무능력에 미치는 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 미용사 직업훈련이 사회취약계층의 취업 직무능력에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, ‘진로자기효능감’과 ‘진로결정수준’의 상관관계 분석을 위해 미용사 직업훈련의 수료집단과 미수료집단의 취업 직무능력을 평균차이검증과 IPA 분석을 활용하여 비교하고, 미용사 직업훈련 성과 간의 인과관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 연구 결과, 수료집단은 기술향상 및 전문성인식을 성취하여, 미수료집단과 차이를 보였다. 각 인자 간의 관계에서 진로자기효능감과 진로결정수준이 미용사 직업훈련 성과에 취업 직무능력을 매개로 간접영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 또한 미수료집단은 미용사 직업훈련 성과로 도달하는 모든 항목들이 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났기에 미수료자 방지를 위한 제도적 보완이 필요하다고 판단된다.

영문 초록

This study examines the effect of vocational training in cosmetology on the job ability of the socially vulnerable. Using data from completed and unfinished groups of cosmetologist vocational training students, it analyzes the correlation between “career self-efficacy” and “career decision level” while obtaining employment. The purpose of this study was to compare job competency using average difference verification and IPA analysis, and to empirically verify the causal relationship between performance and vocational training in hairdressers. The results revealed that the completed group achieved technological improvement and professional recognition, and showed a difference from the uncompleted group. In the relationship between each factor, it was confirmed that career self-efficacy and career decision-making level had an indirect effect on the job performance of hairdressers through job ability. In addition, the incomplete group showed that all the items linked to the results of vocational training in hairdressers were not significant thus institutional supplementation is considered necessary to prevent incomplete training.
