국문 초록

본 논문의 연구 목적은 모국어에서 한자어를 접한 한국어 학습자들의 한자어 오류를 분석하여 한국어 학습에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 밝히는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 한자를 매개체로 하여 공동의 문화를 향유하면서도 독자적인 문화를 발전시킨 국가 혹은 지역을 한자문화권으로 정의하고, 이에 해당하는 국가를 한국을 비롯하여 대만, 베트남, 일본, 중국으로 한정하였으며, 한자어 오류 분석을 위해 대만, 일본, 중국의 수도에서 본 제60회 한국어능력시험(토픽)Ⅱ 쓰기 54번 답안지를 국가별로 30부씩 수집하였다. 본고는 먼저 제1장에서는 서론을 다루었고, 제2장에서는 선행 연구 및 연구 대상과 방법, 제3장 이론적 배경에서는 실수와 오류의 정의 및 한자어와 한자문화권에 대해 서술하였다. 그리고 제4장에서는 한자문화권 한국어 학습자들의 한자어 오류 유형을 국가별로 모국어식 표현에 의한 오류, 유사 어휘 의미 변별에 의한 오류, 조어법에 의한 오류만을 추출하여 분석하였으며, 제5장 결론에서는 본고에서 다룬 내용을 정리한 후 한자어 오류를 최소화 할 수 있도록 오류 발생 원인을 살펴보았다. 본 연구를 통하여 한자문화권에 속하는 한국어 학습자들이 자주 범하는 한자어 오류 유형을 파악할 수 있기 때문에 차후 교수-학습에 도움이 될 것이라고 본다. 고유어에 대한 오류 분석은 차후 과제로 남긴다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this research is to analyze the errors made when using Chinese characters by Korean learners who have already been exposed to Chinese characters in their own native languages. For this purpose, this study defined a country or region that developed a unique culture while enjoying a common culture using Chinese characters as a medium to be “Chinese-character cultures”, and limited the countries applicable to this to Korea as well as Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and China. For the analysis of Chinese character errors, 30 copies of the 54th answer sheet for the 60th Test of Proficiency in Korean (Topik) II were collected from each capitals of Taiwan, Japan and China. This paper first dealt with the introduction in Chapter 1, and in Chapter 2 Prior research and research subjects and methods. In Chapter 3, Definition of mistakes, errors and definition of Chinese characters and Chinese-character culture. In Chapter 4, the types of errors in Chinese characters made by Korean learners in Chinese-character cultures were extracted and analyzed by country according to errors made due to mother-tongue expressions, errors due to semantic discrimination, and errors due to dictation; and in Chapter 5’s conclusion, summarized the main text’s content and further discussed the cause of errors as a means to minimize mistakes. This research can contribute to recognizing the types of Chinese-character errors made by Korean learners in Chinese-character cultures and therefore can aid in future teaching-learning endeavors. Analysis of errors in native words remains a future task.
