소셜 빅데이터 기반 노인 인식 분석

국문 초록

급격한 고령화를 체험하고 있는 사회에서 노인 문제가 중요한 사회 문제로 대두되고 있다. 노인과 다른 세대들과의 갈등에서 노인에 대한 인식은 큰 부분을 차지하는데, 노인 인식 변화는 노인 문제의 근본적 해결 방법이 될 수 있다. 본 연구는 사회 구성원들이 노인에 대해 어떻게 인식하고 있는지 다각적으로 파악하고, 노인에 대한 부정적 인식에 영향을 끼치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 빅데이터 분석을 실시한다. 이를 위해 2018년 3월 1일부터 2019년 2월 28일까지 매 시간 단위로 수집한 소셜 빅데이터를 분석하여 노인인식 미래신호 예측 및 감성 분석을 진행하였다. 노인인식에 대한 미래신호를 예측하기 위해 단어와 문서의 빈도를 파악한 후 DoV와 DoD를 산출하여 미래의 트렌드에 대한 신호를 탐지하였다. 또한 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통하여 감정에 더 많은 영향을 끼치는 분석 키워드들을 분류한 후 통계적으로 유의한지 살펴보고 연관분석을 진행하여 키워드들이 문서 내에서 어떤 의미를 갖는지 확인해보았다. 분석 결과, ‘태극기’, ‘부대’ 키워드는 부정적 감정과 연관이 있다는 결론을 보였으며, ‘어르신’ 키워드도 부정적 감정과 연관이 있지만, 그 자체가 긍정적이라 비록 부정적인 이미지의 문서가 많이 존재한다고 하더라도 다른 키워드와의 상호관련성을 고려한다면 긍정적인 문서일 가능성이 더 높다.

영문 초록

In the rapid aging society, the elderly problem becomes an important social problem. Since the awareness of the elderly is a big part in the conflict between the elderly and other generations, the awareness change of the elderly can be a fundamental solution of the elderly problem. This study examines how society members perceive the elderly, and factors affecting negative perceptions of the elderly. To this end, we conduct future signal prediction and sentiment analysis for the elderly, using social big data collected hourly from March 1, 2018 to February 28, 2019. Then We calculate DoV and DoD to detect signals for future trends of elderly awareness. After we classify keywords that affect more emotion by logistic regression, we look at whether it is statistically significant and conduct an association analysis to see what the keywords mean in the document. The results show that keywords ‘taegukgi’ and ‘unit’ are related to negative emotions. The ‘senior’ keyword is also related to negative emotions. However, since ‘senior’ itself is positive even if there are many documents with negative images, it is more likely to be included in the positive documents by considering the correlation with other keywords.
