청소년을 대상으로 탄력성 척도-14의 타당도 및 신뢰도 검증

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 탄력성 척도-14(resilience scale-14, RS-14)의 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하여 청소년에게 적용하기 위한 근거를 마련하는 것이다. 본 연구는 방법론적 연구 설계로, Wagnild가 개발하고, Kwon, Kwon이 한국어판으로 번안한 RS-14를 청소년을 대상으로 타당도와 신뢰도를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 서울과 경기도에 소재한 2개 중학교에 재학 중인 중학생 337명이다. 자료수집 기간은 2018년 10월 10일부터 10월 30일까지이다. 타당도는 내용타당도, 문항분석, 구성타당도 검증을 통해 확인하였고, 신뢰도 검증은 내적 일관성을 확인하였다. 연구 결과 내용타당도 계수는 모든 문항이 0.8이상으로 나타났다. 탐색적 요인분석을 통하여 ‘자신에 대한 신뢰’, ‘개인적 유능감’의 2요인이 도출되었으며, 두 요인의 누적 설명력은 54.691%였다. 확인적 요인분석 결과 14문항의 2요인 구성은 적합한 것으로 나타났다. RS-14의 Cronbach’s α는 .909로 나타났다. 청소년의 탄력성 증진은 전반적인 청소년의 발달과 건강, 특히 교육 현장과 임상 현장에서 중요하게 여겨지는 실천적 아젠더이다. 본 연구를 통하여 RS-14의 타당도와 신뢰도가 검증되었으므로 향후 다양한 연구에서 청소년의 탄력성 측정에 활용할 것을 제언한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to establish the evidence for applying to adolescents by verifying the validity and reliability of the resilience scale-14 (RS-14) in Korea. This study is a methodological research design, and verified the validity and reliability of RS-14 developed by Wagnild and translated into the Korean version by Kwon, Kwon. The subjects of the study were 337 middle school students attending two middle schools located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. The data were collected from October 10 to October 30, 2018. The validity was verified through content validity, item analysis, and construction validity, and reliability was verified for internal consistency. The results of this study, content validity index showed that all items were greater than 0.8. The exploratory factor analysis resulted in two factors: trust in yourself and ‘personal competence , and the cumulative explanatory power of the two factors was 54.69%. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, 14 items in the two factor structure were validated. The Cronbach s α of the RS-14 was .909. The finding of the this provide evidence for the adequate psychometric properties of the RS-14. The RS-14 will be useful to assess resilience among adolescents in Korea.
