국문 초록

얼라이언스의 환경변화 및 전략에 따른 배선변화는 항만 간 연결성을 변화시켜 항만경쟁력에 큰 영향을 주었으며, 이러한 개념은 최근 항만연결성 지수 도입과 같이 항만 간 연결성에 대한 중요성은 지속적으로 증가하게 되었다. 본 연구는 얼라이언스 재구성을 통해 나타난 항만 네트워크 특성이 항만물동량에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 살펴보고, 이러한 네트워크 특성을 통해 항만경쟁력 강화를 위해 항만들이 얼라이언스에 대해 어떠한 전략을 취해야 하는 지 판단하는 기초적 연구로서의 의미가 있다. 항만경쟁력 강화를 위한 항만 선택과 공급망 선정에 있어서는 서비스 수준과 비용과 관련된 요인들이 주요하게 작용하며, 이러한 주요 요인들은 인프라 수준, 접근성, 항만 간 연결성 등 정량적 요인과 신뢰성, 항만 보조 서비스 품질 수준, 안전 및 환경 수준, 대내외적 명성 등 정성적 요인이 복합적으로 혼재되어 있다. 따라서 항만물동량 증가를 바탕으로 한 항만경쟁력 확보라는 측면에서 다양한 요인들이 고려되어야 하므로, 본 연구에서는 얼라이언스 제구성에 따른 항만 네트워크 연결성에 기초하여 분석하는데 주로 초점을 맞췄으나, 차후 얼라이언스의 배선전략 이외의 전략들에 부합하여 기항지 선정의 다양한 요인을 고려한 좀 더 현실적이고 구체적인 방안이 무엇인지에 대한 검토가 필요할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine how the port network characteristics that appear through the reconfiguration of the alliance affect the port volume, and through these network characteristics, it is meant as a basic study to determine what strategies the ports should take on the alliance to strengthen port competitiveness. There is. In terms of port selection and supply chain selection to enhance port competitiveness, factors related to service level and cost play a major role, and these key factors include quantitative factors such as infrastructure level, accessibility, and port-to-port connectivity, reliability, and port auxiliary service quality level and safety. And qualitative factors such as environmental level and internal and external reputation are mixed. Therefore, various factors should be considered in terms of securing port competitiveness based on the increase in port traffic, so this study focused mainly on analysis based on port network connectivity according to the establishment of the Alliance, but in the future, other than the wiring strategy of the alliance. It is necessary to review what is a more realistic and specific method considering the various factors of port selection in accordance with the strategies of.
