참여적 유아 부모교육 프로그램 실행을 통한 연구자와 참여자의 교량 만들기

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 참여적 유아 부모교육 프로그램 실행을 통해 연구자와 참여자가 협력하여 실천하고 성찰하는 과정을 살펴보는 것이다. 연구 참여자는 부모교육에 참여한 유아의 아버지 4명, 어머니 9명을 목적 표집하였다. 부모교육은 경기지역 공립유치원에서 2017년 3월부터 8월까지 격주로 총 9회기에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 자료수집은 면담, 부모토론자료, 연구자 저널, 현장일지, 기타 자료 등이다. 자료분석은에 믹코딩과 구조코딩의 순환과정을 거쳐 이루어졌다. 연구 결과, 참여적 유아 부모교육 프로그램 실행을 통한 연구자와 참여자의 협력과정은 ‘부모의 관점에서 경청하기’, ‘부모의 관심에 다가가기’, ‘부모와 친해지기’, ‘부모와 함께 실천하기’로 주제화되었다. 연구자와 참여자의 교량을 만들어가는 부모교육 프로그램의 실행 및 성찰과정에서 새롭게 이해하게 된 주제들을 논의하고, 참여적 유아부모교육 프로그램 개발을 위한 시사점을 제공하였다.

영문 초록

This study is an action research on the parent education program to make a bridge of theory and practice. This qualitative study asks how it is the process of the parent education program to make bridges of theory and practice. This program was held in the public kindergarten hall from March to August 2017 and was held every other week for a total of nine sessions. A total of 28 participants were participating in this program, and 13 of key informants were analyzed. The action research was proceed to planning - execution and observation - reflection process, and each cycle was repeated in three steps. The data source is the field journal, observation data, interview data, researcher meeting data, research journa and other field documents. The results of the study are as follows. The process of the action research was listening from the parents , approaching the parents , getting intimate with the parents , and practicing with the parents . This results showed that parent education to make bridges of theory and practice was a forum for parents and researchers to join a conversation and to interact with each other, and it was a process of renewed understanding of one s experiences and adding practical knowledge
