인성교육 관점에서 대학생의 리더십 진단 척도 개발 및 타당화

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 대학생의 리더십 진단 척도를 개발하고 타당화하는 것이며, 이 진단 척도 개발을 통하여 향후 대학에서 리더십 함양 교육의 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 이를 위해 충청북도 소재 5개 대학의 대학생 대상 2017년 9월 11일에서 9월 22일까지 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 최종 회수된 예비조사 223부 및 본조사 510부 설문지를 통계분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻어진 연구결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 리더십 측정도구에 대한 탐색적 요인분석 결과, 셀프리더 요인(5개), 의사소통 요인(5개), 학습능력 요인(5개), 의사결정 요인(5개), 인간관계 요인(5개), 팀워크 요인(4개), 자기이해 요인(4개) 등 총 7개 구성요인 및 33개 문항을 최종 확정하였다. 둘째, 대학생용 리더십 진단 측정도구의 신뢰도분석 결과, 전체 신뢰도 계수는 .956으로 매우 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 확인적 요인분석 결과, 잠재변수와 측정변수 간의 경로계수는 p=.000 수준에서 모두 유의하였다. 리더십 척도 모델의 적합도 지수는 RMR=.028, RMSEA=.054, NFI=.904, CFI=.941, TLI=.934, IFI=.941로서, 모두 양호한 수준의 적합도 이었다. 따라서 이 연구에서 개발한 대학생의 리더십 진단 척도는 대학생의 리더십 함양 정도를 신뢰롭고 타당하게 측정할 수 있는 도구라고 볼 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop and validate a college students’ leadership diagnostic scale and provide foundational material for leadership education related to improving leadership at college. To address the goal, a survey was conducted to college students from 5 universities located in Chungcheongbuk-do. Statistical analysis was performed with finally collected 223 sheets from the preliminary investigation and 510 sheets from the main survey. In this process, this author has reached following conclusions: First, according to the results of exploratory factor analysis on the components of the college students’ leadership measuring tool, total 7 components and 33 questions, 5 questions of the self-leader factor, 5 questions of the communication factor, 5 questions of the learning ability factor, 5 questions of the decision making factor, 5 questions of the interpersonal relationship factor, 4 questions of the teamwork (cooperation) factor, and 4 questions of the self-understanding factor, were finally selected. Second, according to the results of overall reliability analysis on 33 questions of the college students’ leadership diagnostic measuring tool, the reliability coefficient is found to be very high as .956. Third, according to the results of confirmatory factor analysis, all the path coefficients between latent variables and measured variables are found to be significant in the level of p=.000. The goodness-of-fit index of the measuring tool model is found to be RMR=.028, RMSEA=.054, NFI=.904, CFI=.941, TLI=.934, and IFI=.941, so the goodness-of-fit is found to be favorable in all. Therefore, this author has discovered that the college students’ leadership diagnostic scale developed here is valid and reliable in measuring the degree of improvement in college students’ leadership.
