수업계획안 분석에 기초한 수업컨설팅 경험의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 수업계획안 분석에 기초한 수업컨설팅 경험의 구체적인 효과에 대해 알아보기 위함이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 예비유아교사 32명을 대상으로 교수효능감 사전․사후 검사, 수업컨설팅을 실시하였고 교수효능감 사전․사후 검사지. 심층면담자료, 수업계획안, 수업행동분석표, 수업실행동영상 전사본, 성찰일지 등 수집된 자료를 중심으로 양적, 질적 분석을 통합적으로 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수업컨설팅 경험은 예비유아교사들의 교수효능감 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사들은 수업계획안 작성 시 흥미 있는 수업내 용선정, 수업목표설정, 연계성, 발문 등을 고려한 수업계획안 작성이 가장 중요하다고 인식하는 경향이 많았으며, 수업목표 진술방법, 연계성을 고려한 수업계획안 작성, 적절한 발문구성, 효과적인 동기유발 방법 등에 대한 어려움을 겪는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 수업컨설팅 경험을 통해 예비유아교사들은 전문 지식적 측면, 수업 기술적 측면, 교수자로서의 태도적 측면에서 긍정적인 변화가 나타났으며 수업에 대한 자신감 향상, 좋은 수업을 위해서는 스스로 노력해야 함을 인식하게 된 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of instructional consulting experiences through teaching plan analysis in detail. The subjects in this study were 32 selected preservice early childhood teachers. A pretest and a posttest were conducted to measure teaching efficacy respectively before and after instructional consulting was provided. Eight teams of four or five members were organized, and instructional consulting was offered four to six times. Data were gathered, which included the teaching efficacy pretest and posttest data, in-depth interview data, lesson plans, analysis tables for instructional behaviors, transcribed data for teaching practice video clips and reflective journals, and quantitative and qualitative analyses were carried out in an integrated manner. The findings of the study were as follows: First, the instructional consulting experiences were found to have positive effects on the improvement of the teaching efficacy of the preservice early childhood teachers. Second, there was a strong tendency that the preservice early childhood teachers considered it most important to map out teaching plans by considering how to select instructional contents, how to set up instructional objectives, articulation and questioning, and they had difficulty in determining the way of stating the selected instructional objectives, in making well-articulated lesson plans, in preparing appropriate questions and in deciding how to motivate effectively. The preservice early childhood teachers underwent positive changes in professional knowledge, teaching skills and attitude as teachers owing to the instructional consulting experiences. At the same time, they became more confident of teaching and realized that they should make their own efforts to provide good instructions.
