국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국어과 교사 지식 연구의 현황을 살펴보고 이를 비판적으로 검토하는 것이다. 이를 위해 교사 지식을 이해하는 관점이자 방법으로 활용되고 있는 교수학적 변환, 내용교수지식, 실천적 지식의 등장 배경과 성격, 특징을 살펴보는 한편, 이에 근거하여 국어과 교사 지식 연구의 성과 및 한계를 분석하고 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하였다. 교사의 수업 전문성 신장과 교사 교육의 방향 등이 다각도로 모색되고 있는 시점에서 교사 지식에 관한 연구는 앞으로 더욱 활발해 질 것으로 판단 된다. 특히 교사 지식은 현장에 기반을 두고, 교사들의 구체적인 실천 속에서 규명되어야 하기 때문에 현장 연구 또는 실행 연구 등의 연구 방법을 활용하여 수행되어야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the present state of Korean language teachers knowledge research and to critically examine them. For this purpose, I looked at the background, nature, and characteristics of the emergence of didactic transposition, pedagogical content knowledge, and practical knowledge that are used as a way of understanding teacher knowledge. On the basis of this, we analyze the achievements and limitations of Korean language teachers knowledge research and suggest the direction of follow-up study. This is because the teacher s expertise in teaching and the direction of teacher education are being searched for in various ways, so that research on teachers knowledge will become more active in the future. In particular, research related to teachers knowledge should be carried out using research methods such as field study or action research because it is based on the classroom and must be identified in concrete practice of teachers.
