국문 초록

본 연구에서는 공업계열 특성화고등학교 학생이 지각하는 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계를 전공만족도가 매개하며, 이 경로를 교사지지가 조절하는지 확인하기 위하여 조절된 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 2017년 11월부터 12월까지 J도 소재 공업계열 특성화고등학교에 재학 중인 남학생 342명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였으며, 총 분석에는 302명의 자료가 사용되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0과 Macro 프로그램을 통해 변인 간 관련성과 영향력을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 매개효과 검증 결과, 전공만족도는 진로장벽과 진로준비행동 사이를 부분 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이 때 전공만족도는 진로장벽과 진 로준비행동의 부적 관계를 완화하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석을 통한 조절효과 검증 결과, 전공만족도와 교사지지의 상호작용을 통해 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 교사지지가 전공만족도와 진로준비행동을 강 화해주는 것을 알 수 있다. 셋째, SPSS Macro를 통한 조절된 매개효과 검증 결과, 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 영향을 미치는 경로에서 전공만족도가 이를 매개하며, 전공만족도와 진로준비행동의 관계가 교사지지에 의해 조절되는 것으로 나타나 조 절된 매개효과가 확인되었다. 이 때 교사지지의 모든 수준에서 전공만족도를 통한 조절된 매개효과가 있음을 알 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 의의 및 공업계고등학교 학생의 진로준비행동에 대한 내적 요인과 맥락적 요인에 대한 중요 성에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study verified the Moderated mediating effect to confirm if the major satisfaction mediated the relationship between the career barrier and the career preparation behavior perceived by the students in industrial specialized high school, and if the teacher’s support regulated this route. To this end, a survey was conducted by means of the career preparation behavior, career barrier criterion, major satisfaction criterion, and teacher’s support criterion targeting 342 male students in industrial specialized high school in J Province, and the data of 402 students was used for the general analysis. As a result of study, first, there was a significant correlation among the career barrier, teacher’s support, major satisfaction, and career preparation behavior. Second, as a result of verifying the mediating effect, it was revealed that the career barrier influenced the major satisfaction and the major satisfaction partially mediated between the perceived career barrier and the career preparation behavior. Third, as result of verifying the moderation effect through the hierarchical regression analysis, it influenced the career preparation behavior through the interaction of the major satisfaction and the teacher’s support. Fourth, as a result of verifying the moderated mediating effect through SPSS Macro, it was shown that in the route that the career barrier influenced the career preparation behavior, the major satisfaction mediated it and the relationship between the major satisfaction and the career preparation behavior was moderated by the teacher’s support, so the moderated mediating effect was confirmed. On the basis of these results, the implication on the career preparation behavior by students in characterization high school, the significance of this study, and the proposal for the follow-up study were discussed.
