국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 정서지능과 마인풀니스가 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 것이었다. 이를 위해, 서울과 경기 소재의 4년제 대학교의 남녀 대학생 335명을 대상으로 2011년 11월 한달 동안 설문 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS/WIN 18.0 프로그램을 사용하여 상관관계 분석과 중다회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정서지능과 마인풀니스가 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아본 결과 정서지능과 마인풀니스는 진로탐색행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정서지능과 마인풀니스의 하위요인이 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향력에 대해 알아본 결과 정서지능의 정서조절, 감정이입, 정서활용과 마인풀니스의 탐구성이 진로탐색행동에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 진로탐색행동에 정서지능과 마인풀니스가 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었으며, 진로탐색 행동을 향상시키는데 인지적인 측면과 정서적인 측면을 함께 고려해야 한다. 마지막으로, 연구의 제한점과 후속 연구 과제를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional intelligence and mindfulness on career exploration behaviors in undergraduate students. A total of 335 undergraduate students were recruited for this study. SPSS/WIN 18.0 was used to handle the collected data through correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. The result of this study were as follows; First, emotional intelligence and mindfulness affected career exploration behaviors. Second, Subordinate factors from emotional intelligence and mindfulness found to affect career exploration behaviors. Among the elements of emotional intelligence, especially the emotional regulation, empathy, emotional utilize were related a lot with career exploration behaviors. And among the elements of mindfulness, especially novelty seeking was related with career exploration behaviors. Based on the results, Implications and limitations were discussed.
