후기 청소년기 학교생활만족도와 진로발달 프로파일의 잠재전이분석 및 영향요인 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 후기 청소년기 학교생활만족도와 이후 진로발달 변화의 잠재프로파일간 전이관계를 파악하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 청년패널조사2007(YP2007) 4차(2010년), 9차년도(2015년) 2개년 자료를 활용하여 잠재전이분석(latent transition analysis :LTA)을 적용하였으며, 그 결과, 후기 청소년의 학교생활만족도는 2개의 잠재집단(낮은 만족, 높은 만족), 진로발달은 3개의 잠재집단(진로계획 부족, 진로탐색 안정, 진로결정 확신)이 나타났다. 두 시점의 학교생활만족도와 진로발달의 전이 확률을 확인한 결과, 학교생활만족도가 ‘높은 만족’ 집단에 속했던 약 3%의 청소년들이 이후 진로발달의 ‘진로계획 부족’ 집단으로 전이되었고, 학교생활만족도의 ‘낮은 만족’ 집단에 속했던 약 5.3%의 학생들이 ‘진로계획 부족’ 집단으로 전이되는 것 으로 나타났으며, 이들 집단에 대한 관리와 적절한 개입의 필요성이 강조되었다. 학교생활만족도에서 진로발달로 전이된 잠재집단에 있어 개인요인의 영향력을 확인하고자 다항로지스틱회귀분석을 실시하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 후기 청소년의 학교생 활만족도와 진로발달의 종단적 전이과정을 설명하였으며, 청소년의 진로발달 변화를 이해하고, 일선 현장의 학교 교육에서 요구되는 진로교육의 기초자료를 제공했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the transition relation between school life satisfaction during the late adolescent period and latent groups of changes in career development. This longitudinal study was applied to the YP2007(Youth Panel 2007) data 4th and 9th waves(age 17 and 19) by using latent transition analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis. First, school-life satisfaction was divided into two types of latent classes and career development showed three latent classes. Second, across two time points, 5.3% of the students who belonged to ‘low satisfaction’ group were transferred to lack of career planning group. Also, 3.8% of the students in ‘high satisfaction’ group were transferred to ‘lack of career planning’ group. Thus, it was emphasized the need for management and appropriate intervention for these groups. In this study, it was meaningful to understand the longitudinal transition process of school-life satisfaction and career development and to provide the baseline data of career education for schooling.
