일본의 국가부채의 원인과 한국에 주는 시사점 고찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 일본의 국가부채(국채)가 한국에 주는 시사점을 연구하였다. 하나, 일본의 국채는 어떻게 하여 세계 최고수준으로 증가하였고, 지속적으로 증가하고 있는가를 주목하였다. 둘, 일본의 국채는 공공투자사업의 영역으로 하나의 산업으로 자리매김하고 있는가를 연구하였다. 셋, 일본의 고령화와 노동력감소는 경기침제와 국채증가의 악순환의 고리를 연구하였다. 일본은 전쟁 후에 레버리지로 고도성장기과 경제대국이 되었다. 그러나 1989년 발생한 복합불황은 디레버리지로 이행하면서 세계최고수준 국책의 증가와 잃어버린 20년의 세월을 맞고 말았다. 따라서 일본은 아베 노믹스 절대절명의 노력을 통하여 또 다는 경제도약을 위하여 리레버리지를 수행하고 있다. 현재 아베노믹스는 많은 논란에도 불구하고 생산효과와 고용효과가 나타나 면서 경제 활성화와 경제효과를 거두고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 일본의 국채가 향후 한국의 국채에 어떤 시사점을 줄 수 있는가에 대해 연구를 하였다. 한국도 일본처럼, 장기저성장과 디플레이션이 동시에 발생하는 경기침체의 조짐에서 국채증가로 이어질 가능성이 크다. 현재 한국도 일본이 국채의 제반 문제를 해결하기 위한 다양한 정책대안을 통하여 사전에 방지하는 지혜가 절실히 필요하다.

영문 초록

This study is Japan s national debt studied the implications for Korea. One, how to increase the national debt of Japan was the world s highest level, and continues to increase, and whether research. Two, the national debt of Japan investigated whether established itself as one of the industry into the area of public investment projects. Three, Japan s aging population and decreasing workforce has studied the economic cycle of the infiltrant and government bonds increased. Japan was the high growth through the leverage effect after the war. But in 1989 complex fell recession that has hit the growth and lost twenty years the world s top countries in transition national debt while deleverae effect. Therefore, Japan has carried out a releverage effect for another economic leap that through Abenomics. Current Abenomics are reaping a lot of controversy despite producing effects and employment effects of economic revitalization and economic impact while various shows. The purpose of this study was to study Japan s national debt Can you give some suggestions for the future of the South Korea national debt. Korea also, like Japan, fiscal-monetary policy in the recession, long-term low growth and deflation occur simultaneously is likely to lead to an increase in the national debt. The Korea is also necessary studies on current efforts to try to solve the various problems of national debt in Japan.
