협력학습에서 학습자의 협력적 조절(co-regulation)에 대한 대학생의 인식 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 협력학습에서 요구되는 학습자의 협력적 조절(co-regulation)에 대해 우리나라 대학생들이 어떻게 인식하는지를 분석하여 성공적인 협력적 조절을 위해 우선적으로 고려되어야 할 요인을 탐색하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 협력적 조절을 측정하기 위한 문항을 개발하여 4년제 대학 재학생 325명을 대상으로 중요도-실 행도 분석(IPA)을 실시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생이 인식하는 협력적 조절의 구성요인은 소통, 평가, 점검, 팀과제수행 효능감, 팀워크, 배려존중, 정보수집으로 나타났으며, 중요도-실행도 분석 결과 협력적 조절의 모든 요인에서 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 특히, 차이가 크게 나타난 요인은 점검, 정보수집, 팀워크 순이었다. 둘째, 협력적 조절에 대한 우선순위 분석 결과는 팀과제수행 효능 감, 점검, 정보수집 순으로 나타나 이에 근거하여 협력학습에 대한 교육적 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to identify co-regulation by analyzing how university students perceive co-regulation of learner, which is required in collaborative learning, and to explore factors that should be considered primarily for successful collaborative learning. For this purpose, we developed a scale for measuring co-regulation and conducted an Importance - Performance Analysis (IPA) for 325 students attending university. The results of the study are as follows. First, the factors of co-regulation that university students perceive were revealed as communication, evaluation, monitoring, team task performance efficiency, teamwork, care & respect, and information collection. The importance-performance analysis showed statistically significant difference in all factors of co-regulation, and the factors with the largest difference were inspection, information collection, and teamwork. Second, the results of analyzing the priorities of the factors for successful co-regulation showed that team task performance efficiency, monitoring, and information collection. Based on the results of the study, educational implications for co-regulation were proposed.
