국문 초록

본 연구는 학습과정에서 불확실성에 대한 인내 부족과 학업 몰입의 관계에서 완벽주의 성향의 매개효과를 검증하기 위한 목적에서 수행되었다. 이를 위해 충청남도 소재 대학에 재학 중인 212명의 남녀 대학생을 대상으로 2017년 3월 한 달 동안 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win23.0과 SPSS Macro을 사용하여 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 자기지향 완벽주의, 사회부과 완벽주의, 학업 몰입 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 상관이 검증되었 다. 둘째, 자기지향 완벽주의는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 학업 몰입의 관계를 완전매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회부과 완벽주의는 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족과 학업 몰입의 관계를 부분매개 하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 자기지향 완벽 주의와 사회부과 완벽주의의 개별매개효과의 상대적 영향력을 검증하기 위해 연구 모형을 설정한 다중매개모델을 검증한 두 변인 모두 통계적으로 유의한 간접효과를 가지고 있었지만 상대적으로 사회부과 완벽주의 성향의 간접효과가 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 불확실성에 대한 인내력 부족, 자기지향 완벽주의, 사회부과 완벽주의, 학업몰입의 관계에서 학업몰입을 위한 교육적 개입에 대한 시사 점에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This research was conducted with the purpose of verifying the mediating effects of the perfectionism tendency in the relationship between the intolerance of uncertainty and the learning flow among the university students. For this, the data and the materials were collected with 212 male and female university students who had been attending the universities located in Chungcheongnam-do. The research results are the following: Firstly, Between the intolerance of uncertainty, the self-oriented perfectionism, the socially prescribed perfectionism and the learning flow, a statistically significant correlation appeared. Secondly, it appeared that the self-oriented perfectionism completely mediates the relationship between the intolerance of uncertainty and the learning flow. Thirdly, it appeared that the socially prescribed perfectionism partially mediates the relationship between the intolerance of uncertainty and the learning flow. Fourthly, as a result of verifying the multiple mediating model of which the research model was set up in order to verify the relative influences of the individual mediating effects of the self-oriented perfectionism and the socially prescribed perfectionism, both variables had the statistically significant indirect effects. However, relatively, it appeared that the indirect effects of the tendency of the socially prescribed perfectionism were bigger. With such research results and in relation to the relationships between the intolerance of uncertainty, the self-oriented perfectionism, the socially prescribed perfectionism, and the learning flow, the implications regarding the educational interventions for the learning flow were discussed.
