4차 산업혁명 기반 유아교육에 대한 유아교사의 인식과 교사교육 요구도에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 4차 산업혁명 기반 유아교육을 위한 교사교육을 위해 현직 유아 교사들의 인식 및 요구를 분석하기 위함이다. 이를 위해 D지역과 충남의 G지역을 중심으로 유치원과 어린이집에 근무하고 있는 현직 유아교사 205명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 설문지는 본 연구 참여에 동의한 유아교육기관 17개원을 대상 으로 2017년 3월 10일부터 4월 1일에 걸쳐 배부 및 회수되었으며, 2017년 4월 2일부터 4월20일까지 설문지의 결과 분석이 이루어졌다. 자료의 결과 분석은 SPSS 14.0을 이용하여 연구 참여자의 일반적 특성의 파악 및 연구문제를 알기위해 빈도와 백분율을 산출하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유아교사들은 4차 산업혁명 준비를 위해 가장 먼저 개혁해야 할 분야는 ‘교육’으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 유아교사들은 4차 산업혁명 기반 교육이 필요한 이유로 ‘유아의 미래 산업 준비’를 우선으로 꼽았다. 셋째, 대부분의 유아교육기관에서는 4차 산업혁명과 관련된 교육을 하고 있지 않았으며 넷째, 4차 산업혁명 기반 교육을 위한 해결과제로는 ‘교수학습프로그램의 개발 및보급’이 높게 나타났다. 다섯 번째로, 대부분의 유아교사들은 4차 산업혁명 기반 유아교육을 위한 교사교육 프로그램이 필요하다고 인식하고 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the perceptions and needs of current early childhood teachers for teacher education for early childhood education based on the fourth industrial revolution. The results of this study are as follows. First, early childhood teachers were introduced to the concept of the fourth industrial revolution through media such as newspapers and TV , and the first area to be reformed was education in order to prepare for the fourth industrial revolution. Second, early childhood teachers cited preparation of future industry for children as the first reason for the necessity of education based on the fourth industrial revolution and inappropriate education during children as a reason not necessary. Third, most early childhood education institutions did not provide education related to the fourth industrial revolution. Fewer early childhood teachers participated in teacher training related to fourth industry. Fourth, the solution for the 4th Industrial Revolution based education is that development and dissemination of teaching and learning programs were high and improvement of environment of early childhood educational institutions and surrounding environment appeared. Fifth, most early childhood teachers recognized the need for a teacher education program for early childhood education based on the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and answered that they would participate in teacher education. Conceptual and Understanding education was the most preferred education content in teacher education, and practical education focused on activity cases was preferred as education method.
