국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년의 영적 안녕감과 학교생활만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개 효과를 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 2017년 3월 1일-3월 31일까지 총 31일 간 경기지역의 고등학교 10곳에 재학 중인 남·여 고등학생 451명을 연구대상으로 하여, 영적 안녕감, 자기효능감, 학교생활만족도 척도를 사용하여 조사하였다. 본 연구의 가설 검증을 위하여 기술통계와 상관분석, 연구모형에 대한 구조방정식 모형 검증을 실시 하고 적합도를 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년의 영적 안녕 감과 학교생활만족도, 영적 안녕감과 자기효능감, 자기효능감과 학교생활만족도 간에 유의미한 정적 상관이 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 영적 안녕감과 학교생 활만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과가 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구 결과는 청소년의 영적 안녕감과 자기효능감을 증진할 수 있는 예방 상담 및 교육을 통하여 학교생활만족도를 높일 수 있는 개입을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between spiritual well-being and school life satisfaction of adolescents. For this purpose, surveys were conducted 451 male and female students attending 10 high schools in Gyeonggi-do Province from March 1 to March 31, 2017, using an assessment battery consisting of the measures of spiritual well-being, self-efficacy, and school life satisfaction. Based on the collected data, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, structure equation model test about model of this study, and goodness-of-fit test were performed. The results of this study are as follows. First, spiritual well-being and school life satisfaction were found to have a significant positive correlation, and spiritual well-being and self-efficacy were found to have a significant positive correlation. In addition, self-efficacy and school life satisfaction were found to have a significant positive correlation. Second, the mediating effect of self-efficacy between spiritual well-being and school life satisfaction appeared to be significant. Based on overall findings, this study is significant in terms of providing basic information for intervention to promote school life satisfaction through education about prevention counseling related to spiritual well-being and self-efficacy.
