국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성취목표지향성 수준에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로성숙도, 진로준비행동의 차이를 알아보는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 위해 2017년 3월 6일부터 4월 14일까지 부산시 소재 D대학교 대학생 239명을 대상으로 설문을 실시 하였으며, 최종적으로 232명의 자료를 분석하였다. 대학생의 성취목표지향성 수준에 따른 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로성숙도, 진로준비행동의 차이를 알아보기 위해 성취 목표지향성을 상, 하 수준으로 범주화하였고, 수준에 따른 차이를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t검정을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과 및 논의를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성취목표지향성 수준에 따라 진로결정 자기효능감은 유의미한 차이가 있다. 둘째, 성취목표지향성 수준에 따라 진로성숙도는 유의미한 차이가 있다. 셋째, 성취목표지향성 수준에 따라 진로준비행동은 부분적으로 유의미한 차이가 있다. 이러한 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 대학생들의 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로성숙도, 진로준비 행동을 촉진시키기 위해서는 성취목표지향성 수준을 고려한 다양한 진로교육에 대한 방향 모색과 맞춤형 진로지도가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study is to examine the differences of career self-efficacy, career maturity and career preparation behavior according to achievement goal orientation level of university students. For the purpose of the study, 239 undergraduate students of D university in Busan were selected and surveyed from March 6 to April 14, 2017, and the final 232 students data were analyzed. Achievement goal orientation is categorized as high, low level to examine the differences of career self-efficacy, career maturity and career preparation behavior according to achievement goal orientation level of university students. Independent sample T-test was conducted to find out the differences by level of achievement goal orientation. The conclusion from the results and discussions are as follows: First, there is significant difference in career self-efficacy according to achievement goal orientation level. Second, there is significant difference in career maturity according to achievement goal orientation level. Third, there is partially significant difference in career preparation behavior according to achievement goal orientation level. In Conclusion, to facilitate university students career self-efficacy, career maturity and career preparation behavior, it is necessary to look for various career directions and provide tailored career guidance based on achievement goal orientation level.
