초등학교 교사의 1급 정교사 자격연수 경험에 대한 자기 성찰

국문 초록

본 연구는 1급 정교사 자격연수를 이수한 초등교사들과의 심층면담을 통해 연수 이수 후의 교사들의 자기 성찰 경험을 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 동계 1급 정교사 자격연수를 이수한 교사 5인에게 심층면담을 실시하여, 교사들이 1급 정교사 자격연수를 이수한 후 겪은 자기 성찰 경험을 Spradely(2006)의 방식을 활용하여 분석 하였다. 초등교사의 1급 정교사 자격연수 경험에 대한 자기 성찰을 심층면담을 통해 분석한 결과, 24개의 소주제가 도출되었으며, 소주제를 7개의 중주제로 재구성하였 고, 총 2개 대주제로 분류하였다. 초등교사의 1급 정교사 자격연수 경험에 대한 자기 성찰은 긍정적 측면과 부정적 측면으로 나뉘었다. 교사들의 긍정적 측면은 심리적 위안, 관점의 전환, 교사로서의 반성, 책임감 함양으로, 1급 정교사 자격연수의 부정적 측면의 경험은 교사간의 불필요한 경쟁, 시간적 여유 필요, 유행에 민감한 연수로 분류되었다. 본 연구는 1급 정교사 자격연수를 개선하고, 교사 교육이 나아갈 방향에 시사점을 제공하고자 하였다.

영문 초록

This study mainly aims to explore the elementary school teachers’ experiences by self-examination completing the qualification training for the 1 st level regular teachers. For this study, the in-depth interviews were conducted with the five teachers who completed the certification program in the winter session of 2015. I analyzed the teachers’ experience after completing the program using the method of Spradely (2006). The study resulted in 24 small topics that were sorted into seven medium topics, which were then in turn categorized into two big topics. Finally these were categorized into two big topics. The final two topics can be classified as positive and negative. The positive sides are psychological comfort, a change of viewpoint, self-reflection as a teacher and cultivation of self-responsibility. On the other hand, negative sides are unnecessary competition between teachers, desire for flexibility and program susceptible to trend. The result of this study will be used to make improvements to the certification program for the 1 st level regular teachers as well as provide suggestions for the teachers’ training curriculum as a whole.
