간호대학생 자기주도적학습 수업요구도와 교수자 스캐폴딩 적용 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도적학습 촉진을 위한 교수자 스캐폴딩을 적용 하여 학습 태도, 비판적 사고성향 및 자기주도학습능력을 통해 확인하고자 수행되 었다. 연구설계는 수업요구도 조사는 조사연구, 교수자 스캐폴딩 적용 효과는 단일군 사전사후설계에 의한 유사실험연구이다. 연구 대상은 수업요구도 조사는 3학년 196명, 4학년 191명, 스캐폴딩 적용 효과 연구는 4학년 123명 이었다. 자료수집은 2016년 3월에 학습요구조사 및 사전조사를 실시하였으며 교수자 스캐폴딩 적용 후 6월에 사후조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료의 처리는 SPSS/WIN 21.0 프로그램을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 수업요구도 조사에서 학습자들은 자기주도학습을 위한 다양한 학습법을 찾는 노력, 학습목표를 세우는 방법, 학습계획에 따른 실천, 학습 활동에 대한 자가 평가가 부족하다고 응답하였다. 간호학 전공 이론 교과목 학습은 블록수업으로 인하여 공부할 분량에 비해 시간이 부족하므로 다양한 교수학습형태의 중요성은 알지만 교수자 전달식 강의가 도움이 된다고 응답하였다. 이 결과를 근거로 설계한 교수자 스캐폴딩을 적용하여 성인간호학 교과목 운영 후 학습태도, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도 학습능력의 점수는 모두 사전에 비해 사후에 유의하게 증가 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the learning attitude, critical thinking tendency, and self - directed learning ability by applying the instructor scaffolding to promote learner s self - directed learning of nursing college students. As for the research design, investigation on educational needs was survey research, and the effect of applying instructor scaffolding was quasi-experiment by one group pre-post test design. For research target, survey on educational needs included 196 juniors and 191 seniors, while study on effect of applying scaffolding involved 123 seniors. Moreover, educational needs survey and preliminary survey were conducted in March 2016 to collect data, and a post survey was carried out in June, after applying instructor scaffolding. The collected data were processed using SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. As a result of the survey on educational needs, learners answered that efforts to find various study methods for self-directed learning, measures of establishing study goals, fulfilling study plans and self-evaluation on study activities were insufficient. As for theory courses of nursing, they answered that didactic lectures were helpful due to the block schedule; although they were aware of the importance of various teaching types, time was insufficient compared to the study load. After running adult nursing courses by applying an instructor scaffolding designed based on the result, scores of learning attitude, critical thinking tendency and self-directed learning ability all showed significant increases in the post survey compared to the pre test.
