농업교육 실천에서 나타나는 교사의 감정

국문 초록

이 연구는 초등학교 교사가 농업교육 활동을 실시하는 동안 느끼는 감정을 탐색 하여 그 특징과 시사점을 알아보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구 참여자들의 면담 자료를 활용하였으며 농업교육을 시행하는 2016년 3월부터 11월까지 3회 면담을 통해 자료를 수집하고, 분석하였다. 본 연구의 참여자는 전라북도 읍면지역에서 근무 하는 초등학교 교사로서 4명이다. 연구결과, 농업교육을 실행하는데 있어서 첫째, 교사가 농업을 체험하면서 느끼는 감정이 교사가 교육활동을 하면서 느끼는 감정 형성에 큰 역할을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 농업교육을 적극적으로 실천하는 교사는 자신의 감정을 발산하고, 교사와 학생이 감정의 공감대를 형성하는데 중점을 두고 있었다. 셋째, 농업교육을 실천하는데 있어서 기르는 동식물이 죽었을 때 농업교육 경험이 풍부한 교사는 상실감을 극복하고, 발전되는 모습을 보였지만, 그렇지 않은 교사는 교육활동을 이어나갈 원동력을 상실 하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to find out the emotions that they experience while elementary school teachers conducting agricultural education. For this purpose, we gathered and analyzed the data through interview three times from March to November. Participants in this study were four elementary school teachers working in the jeonbuk. As a result of the study, First, in the agricultural education, the emotion felt by the teacher while experiencing the farming played a big role in the emotional formation felt by the teacher in the educational activities. Second, the teachers who actively practiced agricultural education emanate their feelings, and teachers and students put emphasis on forming consensus of emotions. Third, when the animals and plants that cultivated in the practice of agricultural education were killed, the teachers who had abundant agricultural education experience overcome the sense of loss and developed, but the teachers who did not have lost the power to continue education activities.
