국문 초록

본 연구는 부모-교사 협력이 어머니의 유아교육공동체 인식과 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 유아교육공동체 인식의 매개효과와 부모 참 역량에 의한 조절효 과를 알아보는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 2015년 11월-12월에 유아기 자녀를둔 어머니 278명을 대상으로 어머니의 연령, 학력, 가구 월소득을 통제하고 다중집단 비교 경로모형 분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 전체 어머니 집단을 대상으로 실시한 경로분석에서 유아교육공동체인식의 매개역할을 살펴본 결과, 부모-교사 간 협력과 삶의 만족 관계에서 부분매개 효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 부모 참역량의 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 참 역량의 수준에 따라 부모-교사 협력과 삶의 만족 간의 관계가 달라지는 조절효과가 있었다. 특히, 하위요인인 사회적 역량이 높은 집단은 부모-교사 협력이 유아교육공동체 인식을 완전매개로 하여 삶의 만족에 영향을 미쳤다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 유아교육기관에 자녀를 보내는 어머니의 삶의 만족을 증진시키기 위해 어머니의 참여와 부모-교사 간 동반자적 협력관계 형성을 돕는 부모교육 방안에 대하여 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effects of a mother’s awareness of early childhood educational community and moderating effect of authentic parental competence between parent-teacher cooperation and life satisfaction. The analyses involved 278 samples of the mothers with children attending early childhood institutes to classify them into high and low authentic parental competence groups. Path analysis and multiple group comparison analysis were conducted, controlled by the mother s age and highest education level, and monthly income of household. The results were as follows: First, mother s awareness of early childhood educational community had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between parent-teacher cooperation and life satisfaction. Second, a mother s authentic parental competence levels had a moderating effect on the relationship between parents-teacher cooperation and life satisfaction. Particularly, in the high group of mother s social competence level that subfactor of authentic parental competence, mother s awareness of early childhood educational community had a full mediating effect on the relationship between parent-teacher cooperation and life satisfaction. We discussed that it need to encourage the mother’s participation and sharing of the meaning through the communication in parent education and partnership with teachers.
