영문 초록

Over the past decades, Electronic government (E-government) has played an important role as an effective mechanism for increasing government productivity, efficiency and meet demand of citizen’s life in many countries all over the world. Following the trend of the world, Vietnam has implemented E-government for many years. However, the implementation in Vietnam e-government is surrounded by many different cultures issues which are affecting on developing and building E-government process. This research aims to figure out the key elements and issues from applying E-government process in Vietnam and how national culture affects egovernment implementation in Vietnam. Survey data from participants will be used to examine the proposed hypothesis and the research model.
