국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 SNS활용 수업이 대학생의 의사소통 역량에 미치는 영향을 탐색하는 것이다. 연구 대상은 B대학교 2016학년도 1학기 ‘교육의 이해’ 수업 수강생 23명이다. 본 연구는 2016년 6월부터 1개월 동안의 심층면담을 통해 수업 참여과정에서 대학생들의 의사소통과 관련된 경험을 질적으로 탐색하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, SNS활용 수업은 의사소통능력의 구성 요소인 상호작용 관리, 사회적 긴장 완화, 협력과 지지력, 감정이입 측면에서 대학생의 의사소통 역량에 긍정적인 영향을 준 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, SNS활용 개별 학습과 협동 학습은 의사소통능력의 구성 요소인 상호작용 관리에 영향을 미쳤다고 판단된다. 셋째, SNS활용 개별 학습은 사회적 긴장 완화 요소에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 넷째, SNS활용 협동학습은 협력과 지지력 요소, 감정이입 요소에 영향을 미친 것으로 판단된다. 다섯째, SNS활용 수업의 문제점은 와이파이 접속 문제, SNS매체 조작의 문제, 핸드폰으로 인한 수업 집중력 감소로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 대학생 대상 SNS활용 수업에 대한 시사점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of the college class with SNS on the improvement of communication competencies. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with 23 undergraduates who attend understanding of the education class in 2016 1semester. Through in-depth interviews during one month from june 2016, this study explored qualitatively the experiences related to the communication of college students in class participation process. The results were as follows. First, this class showed a positive effect of improving communication competencies of college students through factors such as interaction management. social relaxation, affiliation & support and empathy. Second, college class with SNS should be structured based on interaction management elements. Third, individual learning with SNS seem to have affected social relaxation. Fourth, cooperative learning with SNS seem to have affected affiliation & support and empathy. Fifth, the problem of the classes with SNS was the problem of Wi - Fi connection, problem of using SNS media, decrease of class concentration due to mobile phone. Based on the above findings it suggested the implications for the effects of the college class with SNS on the improvement of communication competencies of undergraduates.
