유아 교사를 위한 소프트웨어 교육 연수 프로그램 개발

국문 초록

본 연구는 유아 교사를 위한 소프트웨어 교육 연수 프로그램을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구목적의 실현을 위해 문헌 분석, 사례연구, 요구분석 등을 통하여 프로그램 개발의 방향, 목표, 내용, 방법, 평가 방안을 포함한 프로그램 초안을 구안하였다. 이후 관련 분야 전문가들로부터 프로그램 초안에 대해 2016년 8월 1일 부터 일주일에 걸쳐 내용타당도를 검증 받아 1차 수정안을 마련하고 이를 같은해 9월 1주 주말을 활용하여 15차시에 걸쳐 현장 유아교사들에게 적용하여 수정·보완하여 프로그램의 최종안을 마련하였다. 완성된 프로그램은 유아의 컴퓨팅 사고력 증진을 위한 교사의 역량 함양이라는 목적 아래 4가지의 프로그램 목표를 설정하였다. 그리고 프로그램의 내용은 교육내용, 교육방법, 교육평가 등으로 구성하였다. 교육내용은 생활과 소프트웨어, 문제해결, 알고리즘, 정보윤리 등으로, 교육방법은, 언플러그드 활동, 플러그드 활동, 과제중심 프로젝트 학습 등으로, 교육평가는 교사 평가하기와 유아 평가하기 등으로 구성되었다. 본 연구는 유아 교육 현장에서 소프트웨어 관련 분야 연구가 미흡한 상황에서 관련 분야 연구를 위한 단서를 제공해 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 이를 위한 교육 프로그램을 어떻게 구성할 것인지에 대한 정보를 제시해 준다는 측면에서 의의가 있을 것으로 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a software education training program geared toward early childhood teachers. Literature analysis, case study and needs survey were implemented to determine the right direction for program development and the object, content, method and evaluation of the program. After a draft program was prepared, the content validity of the draft was tested by the selected experts to modify it, and then the selected early childhood teachers were asked to implement the program to finalize the draft. The finalized program aimed at improving teacher competency to foster the computational thinking faculty of preschoolers, and four objectives were selected. As for the content of the program, the program consisted of educational content, educational methods and educational evaluation. Concerning educational content, the program dealt with life and software, problem solving, algorithm and information ethics. In terms of educational methods, unplugged activities, plugged activities and task- centered project learning were utilized. As to evaluation, teacher evaluation and preschooler evaluation were prepared. So far, not much research efforts have been directed into the field of software in early childhood education, and this study is expected to be of significance in that it provides clues on not only this research but how to construct a software education program.
