국문 초록

본 연구는 초등 예비교사들에게 스포츠교육모형을 적용해보고, 적용 과정에서의 경험을 살펴봄으로써, 대학교육에의 적용 가능성을 살펴보는데 있다. 참여관찰, 심층면담, 관련 자료수집 등을 수집하였고, 분류체계분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과, 주장은 팀의 구심점 역할을 하면서 기초기능 및 전술 지도를 하였고, 역할에 대한 인지를 바탕으로 전술 및 팀워크의 중요성을 이해했으며, 팀의 의사소통에 노력하였다. 심판은 판정신호 연습을 꾸준히 하여 즉각적이고, 단호한 판정을 하게 되었고, 이를 통해 게임 안목 및 규칙 인지에 도움이 되었으나, 역할 고충에 대한 부담감이 많았다. 선수는 기초기능과 역할 활동을 충실히 하여 효과적인 게임을 하게 되었고, 소속감과 책임감을 가지고 승부욕과 부담감을 느끼며 활동하였다. 기록원은 기록 능력이 점차 향상되었고, 3자의 시각인 역할 인지를 통해 규칙 및 게임 안목이 향상되었다. 또한 기록원 역할에 대한 자부심과 집중력을 느꼈지만, 상대적으로 재미없는 역할이라고 하였다. 초등 예비교사들은 다양한 역할 경험을 통해 스포츠 문화를 체험하였고, 게임을 보는 안목이 향상되었으며, 의사소통이 팀워크에 가장 중요한 요소이며, 실제성과 종합능력을 평가한 수행평가를 경험하게 되었다.

영문 초록

This research aims at applying a sport education model class to preliminary elementary school teachers, examining their experiences in the application process. To accomplish these goals, 62 college students(20 males and 42 females) who took the sports practice course in the first semester of 2015, were selected as the subjects. The data was collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and study on related materials, and analyzed through taxonomy. As the study result, the captains guided basic functions and tactics playing a central role in the team, understood the importance of tactics and teamwork based on the recognition of roles, and made efforts for communication with a sense of responsibility in order to boost the team’s morale and teamwork. The referees continued to practice judgement signals, became able to determine instantly and decisively, and through which, came to understand referees’ difficulties and were encouraged to develop discerning eyes for games and to perceive rules, yet felt a lot of pressure about stern and fair attitude and difficulties of their roles. The players faithfully worked on improving their basic functions and physical strength and played their roles in order to be of help to their teams, came to play games effectively through recognition of their roles and strategy meetings, and played having the desire for winning and some pressure with a sense of belonging and responsibility. The recorders’ ability to record improved as games were repeated, and their discerning eyes for rules and games were progressed though their awareness of their roles as the third view. In addition, they felt proud of their roles and concentrated on them, but, on the other hand, felt that their role was boring because they only had to write down. The educational meanings found through them are the experience of sports culture through different roles, improved eyes for games, better teamwork through communication, and the possibility of performance test evaluating authenticity and general ability. Lastly, comparative study on the experiences of the roles in the same course and class between males and females need to be conducted additionally.
