교육청 단위의 통합교육 지원에 대한 통합학급 교사의 인식 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 통합학급 교사의 통합교육, 장애지원, 교육청지원에 대한 인식, 그리고 교육청지원과 다른 지원들과의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 수행되었다. 초.중등학교 통합학급교사 163명을 대상으로 Sng, Clarice(2004)가 개발한 교육청 단위의 통합교육 지원 척도를 재구성하여 설문조사하였다. 이 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 통합교육과 장애지원에 대한 통합학급 교사의 인식은 성별, 학교별, 교직경력, 통합교육경험별에 상관없이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 교육청지원에 대한 통합학급 교사의 인식은 위에 두 가지 지원과 마찬가지로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 교육청단위 지원과 통합교육, 장애지원에 대한 인식의 관계는 분석 결과에서 관련성은 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 이는 아직 우리나라에서는 교육청지원이 곧 통합교육의 지원과 일치될 수 있다는 인식을 가지고 있지 않기 때문에 나온 결과라고 분석된다. 이 연구에서는 효율적인 통합교육을 수행하기 위해서는 교육청 단위의 통합교육 지원이 보다 활발하게 인식되고, 지원되어야 함을 시사하고 있다.

영문 초록

This study was carried out to examine the inclusion education of inclusion-related teachers the support for the disabled, the recognition about the support of the education office, and the relationship of the support of education office and other supports. Subjects of the study were 163 inclusion-related teachers of elementary schools and secondary schools. Questionnaire survey was conducted by recomposing the support measure of integrated education based on the unit of Education Office, developed by Clarice(2004). The summarization of research results is as follows: Firstly, recognition of inclusion-related teachers in regard to the integrated education and support for the disabled appeared to be high regardless of gender, school, teaching career, and inclusion education experience. Secondly, the recognition of inclusion-related teachers in regard to the support of Education Office was high, which was the same as the two cases above. Thirdly, about the support of Education Office, inclusion education and support for the disabled relationship of recognition from analytical result the relation appeared with the low-end thing.
