국문 초록

이 연구는 어린이집 4세 장애통합반에서 보육교사와 장애유아교사 간 협력이 통합교육과 유아 발달에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 2023년 3월부터 12월까지 정기 회의와 심층 면담을 통해 협력 방식, 역할 조정, 교육과정 운영, 개별 지원 방안 등을 탐색하였다. 연구에서는 보육교사와 장애유아교사의 협력이 유아 발달을 촉진하고, 통합교육 목표인 사회적 적응과 상호작용을 효과적으로 지원하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다는 점이 도출되었다. 놀이 중심 교육과정 운영과 개별화교육계획(IEP)의 융합이 장애유아의 자연스러운 참여와 목표 달성에 효과적임을 확인하였다. 협력 과정에서 상호 피드백 체계와 역할 분담의 유연성이 교육적 관점 차이로 인한 어려움을 극복하는 데 기여하였다. 놀이 중심 교육과정 운영의 실천적 유연성이 장애유아와 일반유아 모두에게 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 보여주었다. 본 연구는 장애통합반 운영의 질적 향상을 위한 교사 협력의 중요성을 강조하며, 이를 실현하기 위한 구체적인 방안을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed the effects of cooperation between childcare teachers and early childhood teachers on inclusion education and early childhood development in 4-year-old inclusion classes in daycare centers. Through regular meetings and in-depth interviews, which took place from March to December 2023, methods of cooperation, role adjustments, curriculum operation, and individual support plans were explored. During this study, it was shown that cooperation between childcare teachers and early childhood teachers with disabilities plays an important role in promoting early childhood development and for effectively supporting social adaptation and interaction, which is the goal of inclusion education. It was also confirmed that the convergence of the play-oriented curriculum operation and individualized education plans were effective in the natural participation and goal achievement of children with disabilities. In the process of cooperation, the mutual feedback system and flexibility in sharing roles contributed to overcome difficulties caused by differences in educational perspectives. It has been shown that the practical flexibility of operating a play-oriented curriculum can have a positive effect on both disabled and general infants. This study emphasized the importance of teacher cooperation to improve the quality of operations of the disability integration group and suggested concrete measures to achieve this.
