중국 예비유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 자기조절 학습능력이 온라인 수업만족도에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 중국 예비유아교사의 디지털 리터러시 및 자기조절 학습능력과 온라인 수업만족도 간의 관계를 확인하고, 디지털 리터러시와 자기조절 학습능력이 온라인 수업만족도에 미치는 영향력을 알아보는 데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 연구자가 임의로 선정한 중국 J성 J 대학교 예비유아교사 469명을 연구 대상으로 하여, 연구자가 선행 연구를 기초로 수정한 설문지를 배부 회수한 뒤 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 온라인 수업만족도 간에는 정적 상관관계를 보였으며 디지털 리터러시의 하위요인인 기술, 지식, 태도 모두 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 예비유아교사의 자기조절 학습능력과 온라인 수업만족도는 정적 상관관계를 보였으며 자기조절 학습능력의 하위요인인 인지조절, 동기조절, 행동조절을 모두 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 셋째, 예비유아교사의 디지털 리터러시보다 자기조절 학습능력이 온라인 수업만족도에 미치는 영향이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 온라인 수업 환경에서 예비유아교사의 디지털 리터러시와 자기조절 학습능력이 중요하며, 특히 자기조절 학습능력의 중요성에 비추어 볼 때 이러한 능력을 향상시키기 위한 지속적인 교육과 노력이 필요함을 시사한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of digital literacy and self-regulated learning ability on the online learning satisfaction of pre-service early childhood teachers. The subjects of this study were 469 chinese pre-service early childhood teachers majoring in early childhood education at J University, located in J Province, China. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were conducted using the SPSS 27.0 program. The results were as follows: First, pre-service early childhood teachers’ digital literacy, including subfactors such as skills, knowledge, and attitudes, had a significant positive correlation with online learning satisfaction. Second, pre-service early childhood teachers' self-regulated learning ability, which encompasses cognitive regulation, motivational regulation, and behavioral regulation, also showed a significant positive correlation with their online learning satisfaction. Third, self-regulated learning ability had a greater impact on online learning satisfaction than digital literacy. In conclusion, both digital literacy and self-regulated learning ability are important for pre-service early childhood teachers in online learning environments. It is necessary to strengthen pre-service early childhood teachers’ digital literacy and self-regulated learning ability, particularly self-regulated learning ability to improve their online learning satisfaction.
