치위생중재에 따른 구강환경상태 변화

국문 초록

본 연구는 일반 성인을 대상으로 구강관리를 위한 치위생관리과정에서 치위생중재를 통한 구강환경 변화에 대해 알아보고자 2017년 9월부터 12월까지 치위생관리과정을 수혜한 26명을 최종 연구 대상자로 하였으며 치위생중재법으로는‘개별 맞춤형 칫솔질법과 치주세정술’로 대상자의 구강환경상태를 치위생사정-판단-계획-수행-평가의 과정을 수행하면서 진행하였다. 대상자의 일반적 특성은 성별은 남자가 73.1%, 연령은 29세 이하가 80.8%였고 미혼이 73.1%로 가장 많았다. 구강보건 특성에서 구강보건교육 경험이 있는 경우 구강건강실천 점수가 높게 나타났다. 대상자의 O’leary Index 변화는 성별에서 남자가 치위생중재 전보다 후가 유의하게 점수가 증가하였다. 연령과 결혼유무 모두 관리 전 보다 후가 통계적으로 유의하였으며 구강건강행동에서는 성별, 연령, 결혼 유무 모두에서 통계적으로 유의하였다. 구강건강관심도, 주관적인 잇몸건강상태, 구강건강지식습득경로, 정기적인치석제거, 구강보건지식, 구강건강실천과의 관련성에서 구강건강실천과 구강건강관심도에서 음의 상관관계를 나타내었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of oral environment through dental hygiene intervention in the management of dental hygiene for general adults, and 26 subjects who received the dental hygiene management process from September to December 2017 were selected as the final study subjects. As an intervention method, oral toothbrushing method and periodontal cleansing were carried out in the process of evaluating the oral environment of the subject by evaluating the dental hygiene - judgment - planning - performing – evaluation. The general characteristics of the subjects were 73.1% for males and 80.8% for females under 29 years of age, and 73.1% were single males. In oral health characteristics, oral health practice scores showed higher oral health practice scores. The O leary index of the subjects was significantly increased after gynecological intervention compared with before gynecological intervention. Age and marital status were statistically significant after the control, and in the oral health behavior, both sex, age, and marital status were statistically significant. There was a negative correlation between oral health practice and oral health concern in terms of oral health concern, subjective gum health status, oral health knowledge acquisition path, periodic removal of calculus, oral health knowledge, and oral health practice.
