간호대학생의 인성, 대인관계문제, 학업스트레스가 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 인성, 대인관계문제, 학업스트레스, 문제해결능력의 정도와 관계를 확인하고 이들 변수가 문제해결능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 충청도 소재 2개 대학에 재학 중인 간호대학생 192명을 대상으로, 2017년 4월 2일부터 5월 16일까지 자가 보고식 설문조사로 시행되었다. 연구 결과, 인성 평균점수는 4.60점으로 정의 영역의 점수가 가장 높았으며, 대인관계문제 평균점수는 2.28점으로 사람들에게 향함의 점수가 가장 높았다. 학업스트레스는 2.84점으로 탈진이 가장 높았으며, 문제해결능력의 평균점수는 3.91점으로 문제해결 자신감의 점수가 가장 높게 나타났다. 인성은 문제해결능력(r=.594, p<.001)과 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 대인관계문제(r=-.450, p<.001)와 학업스트레스(r=-.465, p<.001)는 문제해결능력과 통계적으로 유의한 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 대상자의 문제해결능력에 인성(β=0.412, p<.001)이 가장 큰 영향력을 나타내는 변수였으며, 학업스트레스(β=-0.162 p<.001), 대인관계문제(β=-0.153 p=.016) 순으로 문제해결능력에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다, 이들 전체 변수는 문제해결능력에 대해 약 41.3%의 설명력을 보였다(F=45.77, p<.001). 그러므로 인성을 향상하고 학업스트레스 및 대인관계문제를 감소시키기 위한 전략이 간호대학생의 문제해결능력 강화를 위해 도움이 될 것으로 사료된다.

영문 초록

This study examined influence of personality, interpersonal problems and academic stress on problem-solving ability among nursing students. Data were collected through self reported structured questionnaire from 192 nursing students using convenient sampling methods from April 2, 2017 to May 16, 2017. The mean score of personality was 4.60 and the score of feeling was the highest. The mean score of interpersonal problems was 2.28 and the score of moving toward people was the highest. The mean score of was academic stress 2.84 and the score of emotional exhaustion was the highest. The mean score of was problem-solving ability 3.91 and the score of problem-solving confidence was the highest. Personality was positively correlated with problem-solving ability(r=.594, p<.001). Interpersonal problems(r=-.450, p<.001) and academic stress(r=-.465, p<.001) was negatively correlated with problem-solving ability. Stepwise regression showed that personality had the greatest effect on problem-solving ability(β=0.412, p<.001), followed by academic stress and interpersonal problems. These variables together explained 41.3% of the problem-solving ability in nursing students(F=45.77, p<.001). In conclusion, strategies for improving nursing students personality and for reducing academic stress and interpersonal problems should be developed to strengthen problem-solving ability of nursing students.
