국문 초록

4차 산업혁명의 물결 속에서 교육이 나아가야 할 방향으로 세계를 이끌어가는 기업과 사회적 지도자들은 창의력, 문제해결력 등을 강조하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기술적 문제와 문제해결과정의 개념을 밝혀 4차 산업혁명 적응력의 핵심인 기술 교육에서 활용할 수 있는 문제해결학습의 기초를 마련하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 기술적 문제의 의미와 특성에 관한 선행연구를 고찰하고 기술적 적 문제해결의 단계를 탐색하였다. 연구의 결과, 기술적 문제는 학습자의 인지적⋅정의적 특성, 물리적 자원, 조작적 활동을 통한 문제해결과정을 활용하며, 이를 통하여 유형의 산출물 혹은 이와 관련된 체계를 만들어 내는 문제로 정의되었다. 이후, 기술적 문제의 종류와 구조화의 수준을 고려한 12개의 기술적 문제 개념 모형을 도출하였다. 또한, 각각의 기술적 문제는 문제의 이해, 아이디어 탐색, 실현, 평가의 과정을 거쳐 해결된다. 기술 교과 이외의 교과는 각 교과의 특성을 반영한 문제의 유형을 선정하여, 본 연구에서 도출된 문제 개념 모형을 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

Companies and social leaders who lead the world in the direction of education should emphasize creativity and problem solving power in the wave of the 4th Industrial Revolution. Therefore, in this study, we tried to establish the basis of problem solving learning which can be utilized in technological education, which is the core of adaptation ability of the fourth industrial revolution, by clarifying the concept of technological problem and problem solving process. As a result of the study, The technological problems was defined as the problem of using the learner s cognitive, learner s affective, physical resources, and physical problem solving process to produce the product or related system. After that, twelve technological problem models were derived considering the types of technological problems and the level of structuring. The twelve technological problem concepts were derived, and these technological problem concepts were solved through understanding of each problem, searching for ideas, realization and evaluation. The curriculum other than the technological subject will be able to utilize the conceptual model of the problem solving process derived from this study by selecting the type of the problem reflecting the characteristics of each subject.
